Distraction is often what I'm looking for
Attraction is what then reels me in
Satisfaction is what I'm hoping for
Complications can sometimes occur...

I lie still and let my mind wander, to places deep within my core
I let the music take there on most occasions
It guides the way for me to truly explore, my mind...

I still find places, I have not yet been
Forever discovering thoughts and feelings, I did not know were there
I love that feeling of awakening, realising and experiencing parts of me that lay dormant
Just waiting for me to find them.

Sometimes they are dark places and I now know this is no less exciting
As for once they are discovered, they can be understood and rectified.

I often wander around, inside my mind
Like a traveller in some foreign land, only I don't feel a stranger here
For me and my mind always travel hand in hand.
