Just a rough draft. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

Basically, a villain, a superhero, a citizen. The villain is quiet, nervous,genius, and terrified of getting caught. The superhero is loud, friendly, arrogant, and pretty stupid. The citizen is irritated, a self afflicted outcast, probably evil, and speaks their mind even when people hate it.

The villain is new and becoming known, catching the citizen's eye. They decide, "Hey, I don't like the full of himself hero, so I'll help you!"

The hero finds out and, surprise! He does not like this new villain and her accomplice. He says "I know! I'll do something cool and make people support !e even more! That'll show them." It kind of works.

Citizen isn't fazed, villain is. Yikes.

Citizen tries to calm the villain down, but her fear is rising and she's about to give up. Citizen then goes on to shove villain to the side and step into the spotlight themself with the goal of taking down the city.

That's not what villain wanted, so they go to superhero for help.
