"She is completely mad."
"Yes, as you claimed, she is a advanced case."
"Can you help her?"
"Not from here, I will need a private session with her."

Dr. Darius and Willcot both left the observation room and walked to the patient's room, stopping at the door and meeting Dr. Roxford.

"Doctor, I trust you can make progress with Mrs. Liddell, her delusions are quite vivid." Said Dr. Roxford.

"Mr. Willcot, I understand your interest in Ms. Liddell, but I must ask you to remain in the observation room, for any more than one person interviewing her may cause her to retreat to silence." said Dr. Darius.

"Very well, I shall be watching closely." said Willcot.

Dr. Darius signaled for the guard to open the cell door, and when opened, revealed a beautiful young woman, who's black hair laid peacefully on her shoulders.

Darius walked in, and heard the door lock behind him, leaving only himself and Ms. Liddell in the room.

Miss Liddell sat at the table, holding a rabbit doll, and reading a book.

"Good evening Miss Liddell, I am Dr. Darius, I will be handling your case, how are you today?"

"Oh most fine doctor, I have been waiting new company for so long. These other doctors are quite boring."

"Yes, they are a serious bunch."

Dr. Darius took his notes from under his arm, and sat down opposite of Miss Liddell.

"So, Miss Liddell."

"Please, call me Alice."

"Very well then Alice, may I ask you about Wonderland?"

"Of course! I have known of Wonderland since I was a girl, it is a most peculiar place."

"So I have heard, with a diverse populace."

"Of course. You should have a cup of the Hatter's tea, it is unmatched."

"I must try it then."

For the next hour, Darius learned more and more of Wonderland, with it's odd inhabitants and it's even stranger geography.

After his time with Alice expired, Dr. Darius sat up from his chair and walked around the table.

"Alice, I want you to know that I will do everything possible to help you." Said Dr. Darius compassionately.

Dr. Darius laid his hand on Alice's, and a look of surprise came across her face.

Alice held Darius' hand, as if she realized a crucial fact regarding the good doctor.

Darius held Alice's hand for another moment, to make sure she knew he cared, and kissed her hand, leaving the interview room soon after.

Darius was met with Roxford upon leaving the interview room.

"It seems she trusts you." Said Roxford puzzlingly.

"I see her as a person, not a patient." Replied Darius.

"I see."

Roxford left without saying another word, leaving Darius somewhat puzzled.

After discussing Alice's condition with Willcot, Darius left for his study.

Miss Goodway bought a serving of tea to Darius, which helped him relax.

Darius was puzzled by Alice, the uniqueness of her case was that she seemed to sincerely believe she went to this "Wonderland".

After a another hour or so, Darius placed Alice's file into his desk, and went to his bedroom for rest.

Darius fell asleep fairly easily, as he spent all his energy into his work.

As Darius slept, the voices of his past began to echo.

"How!? How Darius!? How could you turn your back on the lord!?"

"I turn my back on no deity, I turn my back onto you! You insane zealot! How far would you go for your Lord!?"

"As far as he commands!"

Darius was woke by the feel of someone landing on top of him

"Wake up Darius! We must go! Now!"

Upon regaining his senses, Darius found Alice sitting on top of him.

"Alice? How did you get out of your room?" Said Darius, confused.

"There is no time to explain, Caterpillar wishes to speak to you, he said it is important."

"Alice, you must know the trouble you will get into if yo-"

Darius was interrupted by Alice's lips on his.

Darius saw as a purple vortex enveloped them, and they began to fall.

Darius saw large stopwatches, tea cups, and bookcases fall with him and Alice.

Darius instinctively wrapped his arms around Alice to keep her safe.

"Don't fret Darius." Alice said to him.

"This is just the rabbit hole."
