Your Pov

My Mom and Dad decided to move to Paris, where true love blossoms. I sighed as we left our old house, to never see it again.

I grabbed my book of the French language to study. Later on, I fell asleep, peacefully to the soothing tunes. My Mom shook me awake to look around of my surroundings.

Our new family's home, looked magnificent. I started to unpack my stuff, as I began to listen to Turning Over a New Leaf. I hummed the melody as I finished my room. I sighed in relief, as I went downstairs to talk with my two, wonderful parents.

"Mom, Dad?" I asked aloud, "Yes honey?" My Dad asked. "I was wondering if I could explore the streets of Paris?" I wondered. "Sure, just be back before nighttime." Mom agreed.

I had a goofy grin on my face as I left the house. Across the street, I saw a pastry shop. I grinned at the thought of a fresh red velvet cupcake with frosting in the middle.

I walked onto the sidewalk, and on my way, I saw a silver chain to a charm bracelet, but there was only two, one was a silver fox with red eyes, and the other a paw mark, but, strangely, it was... glowing.

It was creepy, but I shrugged it off. I opened the doors to the pastry shop, and the moment I entered, my eyes, widened, to the delectable smell of the wondrous treats.

A girl with blue eyes, and black hair in the form of pigtails came up to me. My E/c eyes shimmerd with delight and I tilted my H/l, H/c hair to the side, and said, "Hi, my name is Y/n L/n, and it's a pleasure to meet you!"

"Hi! My name is Marinette, and I'm the daughter of this owner's pastry shop!" She said as she held out my hand for her to shake. I accepted the gentle shake."May I please buy a red velvet cupcake with frosting in the middle?" I asked, slightly excited.

"Sure, and for you, it's on the house!" Marinette told me. I slightly bowed as I said, "Thank you!" She laughed at my sudden actions. I was blushing from embarrassment as I said, "Sorry, we recently went to Japan this Summer!"

We both just laughed and talked, that's until I asked about the bracelet, "Marinette, I found this bracelet, and this pawmark started to glow white." I showed my wrist, and there was the bracelet, still glowing.

She gasped as she looked around, just to make sure nobody was around, and she locked the door. "You have powers, and that bracelet is the key. Keep it on at ALL times, you will have a floating animal around, and finally you will be fighting with a group of superheroes." She explained.

"How do you know, Marinette?" I asked, completely confused. "Oh nothing!" She gushed. I told her I had to go, but she told me that to tell your animal to transform, and to NOT do it in public.

I nodded in agreement and waved one last time, before I went home. I greeted my parents with a hug to wash myself, and to get on my PJs. I saw a floating fox in the air, and I grinned and said,"So you're my spiritual animal."

"Yep! The name's Lucky, and my favorite food is chocolate! You'll need to know that!" She said, with her adorable attitude. "My name is Y/n, and I hope we can be amazing partners!"

Lucky smiled as she disappeared, as I dreamed of being an amazing superhero.
