"Hey let go of me!!" Yelled Bolt as Storm took him to his cave.

Once at his cave, Storm lets go of the pup, he then lands in front of Bolt. The dark cave and Storm's grey fur, and huge wings made it a frightening scene to experience. Trembling, Bolt balled up and hid his face in his paws. Storm, noticing that Bolt was frightened, lowered his wings, and slowly walked to the small pup. Laying down in front of the pup he whispers,

"Sorry Bolt. Sorry for scaring you." Bolt, to scared to look at him, whimpers in a small voice,

"Why did you bring me here?"

"I brought you here because I want to take care of you. Why? Because I want to show the other three that I'm responsible." Then out of anger, he said in a dark deep voice. "Not because I'm some child trying to impress his father." Saying these words Bolt scooted away from him, still balled up. Sighing heavily Storm apologized again and lets his wings hang.

Flame's POV:

While I was eating the usual, I saw Storm swoop down at something. Who knows what that wolf could be up to now. I kept on eating, then it hit me. The pup!!! I quickly ran out my place and checked the whole area for him.

"That damn bastard!! He's going to regret taking him away from me!!" As I said these words I could feel my body heat up. I started running towards Storm's place and howled loudly enough for him to hear me, he does have a keen sense of hearing after all.

Storm's POV:

Hearing a faint howl I emidiatly knew it was Flame. I turned to look at Bolt and noticed that he was still trembling, not of fright, but from being cold. I quickly went to his side and wrapped my body around him, just like Flame had done before. I guess Bolt felt my body warmth and so he jumped onto my tail. He was still trembling though, so I sighed and took him in my jaws and flew down to meet an angry Flame.

"Flame!!" Shouted Bolt as he squirmed trying to get out of my jaws. I set him down and he quickly ran to Flame. Flame lowered his head to meet Bolt. When Bolt was close to him he seemed relaxed, he even nuzzled Bolt, I felt jealousy.

Flame then looked up at me with his usual serious look. But there was something calming about it. Its crazy but true.

"Storm I can not believe your actions today. Bolt is barely a pup and he can only handle so much. Now please rethink your actions before acting them." With that he left with Bolt following right behind him. I hung my head when they were out of sight.

I felt disappointed in myself. How could I not remember that he was just a young one. So for the rest of the day I just walked around the forest aimlessly. That is until I came across Starfish. I guess she noticed me right away when she opened her wings to fly right over. And yes I know its difficult to run with wings on your back. Anyway once she landed near me she asked.

"Hey Storm. Something bothering you?"

I was surprised that her voice was very soothing and calm. It was relaxing somehow.

"I-i. Uh, no. There's nothing bothering me." I tried hiding my feelings but I guess she noticed.

"Storm are you feeling well? You've been acting off lately since Bolt showed up."

I sighed and sat down wrapping my tail around myself. I tried so hard to keep a hard stare like Flame, but it was no easy task. So I just gave up and put on my usual bored face and replied to her honestly.

"I was just trying to be useful for once. I've looked up to him all my life and I just want to be like him. Strong, powerful, and being capable of hiding my emotions." I sighed and looked down hanging my head.

"Storm there is no need to be like him. You'll be getting your chance to take care of a pup sooner or later. You'll see." With that she smiles and flew back to what she was doing at the river.

I thought of what she said and shrugged it off. I continued walking aimlessly until I came across the most beautiful wolf I could think of. She was asleep and of course I had to take the advantage to lay beside her at least for a few seconds.

I flew as quietly as I could landing near her. I walked up from behind her and layed down wrapping my wing around her. I felt her tense but then she relaxed. I sighed and stayed down beside her, that is until Bolt bumped into me from behind. I turned my head to look at him then saw a pair of black paws.

My fur stood on end knowing who it was. I quickly stood up and so did Spring. I guess I woke her up with my sudden movement. Bolt quickly hides in Flame's thick fur, probably being afraid if me. And that's when Flame spoke to me.

Flame's POV:

I was playing hide and seek with Bolt after the incident. Unfortunately he kept running from his hiding place and I had to run after him. He was somehow able to out run me and in doing so, I lost track of him.

When I was able to find him again, I found Storm cuddling with Spring. I was surprised at first but then something inside of me just ticked. Storm and Spring quickly stood up and Bolt hid in my thick fur. The two looked scared to death at my presence. They always do anyway, well except for Starfish. Anyway they both had done something they knew I wouldn't approve of.

"Storm, Spring. What is the meaning of this?"

"Flame don't get the wrong idea out of this. Even I didn't know he was laying beside me." Responded Spring. I was quite surprised that she was taking a stand against me. I stood there thinking about it and spoke to Storm.

"Storm, me and you will be having a talk later this night."

He nodded and I nodded back at him and left them. Bolt right behind me laying on my big bushy tail. I smiled slightly and took him to Starfish's place knowing that he would be hungry.

Storm's POV:

As I watched Flame go I turned to Spring. She was sitting right beside me looking back at me.

"I'm so sorry to cause you any trouble."

I kept apologizing eternally pulling my ears back. But what her next move was surprised me. She snuggled up to me. I tensed up under her touch and let out a rumble come from my chest. She seemed to like it so I continued by wrapping my wings around her. It was so comforting.
