Ever since Spring has started the two males have been much more overprotective. Over who you may ask. Well, the two females of the group, Starfish and Spring. The males have been fighting over them, as for Spring, she has had some uncomfortable encounters with Storm.

Storm's POV:

'Frickin' Smokey is gonna get it today. I can feel it!'

I was flying through the forest planning my next plan for attack. That is when I got distracted, by a beautiful sight of pink and green. I kept flying staring at her in awe until I slammed into a tree. I fell to the ground feeling a little dazed from the hit I took on the side of my face. I heard running coming my direction, along with a sweet voice calling out my name.

"Storm are you alright?! It was quite a hit you took!" She was soon by my side and started nuzzling my head with her soft nose. I couldn't help but stay there dazed by her soft touch. But unfortunately another female voice.

"Spring, there you are! I've been looking for you everywhere!" I let a low grumble in disappointment as I felt her nose leave my face.

"Hi Starfish! What you need me for?

"I need help with Flame. You how he can get by now."

"OK, I'll be there as soon as I figure out that Storm is in consciousness."

"Alright, but hurry." With that Starfish ran off and Spring turned towards me. She sighed and put a paw on top of head and put pressure on it.

"What are you doing Spring?"

"I'm putting pressure on your head so your brain stops rattling from the hit."

I start relaxing a bit to a point where I end up sleeping.

Spring's POV:

As soon as Storm fell asleep I flew up a few feet from the ground and headed towards Starfish's way. Once I got there I saw that Flame was acting unusually overprotective. He was asking to many questions about where she has been throughout the day and with who. I landed near them and Flame turned his head to see who it was. As soon as he saw me his concern grew.

"Spring! Where were you at?!" It took me by surprise. He was acting like a complete father. I didn't like it when he worried about me like that.

"I'm fine, you don't have to worry so much about me. I am not a child anymore." He slightly growled in disapproval and turned back to Starfish. Which is when Storm came in flying, landing by my side. He had a small lump of the top of his head. I found it kind of cute. That is until Flame started growling at him.

3rd POV

Flame gets in front of Starfish his fur rustling on his back. Making him appear bigger. Pulling his ears back baring his fangs. Storm reacts the same way to him. A small breeze comes in from the North. Their fur sway in the same direction. The girls try to calm them down but its no use.

"So we meet again gramps." Storm snarled at him as he smirks in a competitive way. Flame growls more at him as he bares his fangs more.

"I'm not up for your games, pup."

"I'm not a pup!! I am now a full grown wolf male!!" Storm shouted and make a stronger current of wind come from the North. It turns off Flame's fur leaving him in complete black fur.

"STOP IT YOU TWO!! YOU'LL DESTROY THE WHOLE PLACE AGAIN LIKE YOU DID LAST TIME!!" The two males stopped their fighting and turned their gaze to the voice that had spoken. They were both surprised to find Starfish standing with an angered expression. The two males back down like little pups, pulling back their ears and whining, as they sit hanging their heads. "You two should be ashamed of yourselves, acting like children when your around each other."

Then Flame spoke up. "But I have to keep you save from him."

Storm getting easily offended by this, he responds. "What's that supposed to mean!?" The two males start growling at each other baring their fangs.

"Silence!" The two males stop as soon as they hear Starfish. "Just try to get along with each other for once." The two look at each other with disgust and looked back at her.

"Fine we'll get along." The two muttered under their breath. Satisfied with their reply, she then walks up to Flame and rubs her cheek against his, whispering a thank you. Flame could feel his whole body heat up, literally. Storm became jealous of Flame getting all the attention from the female. That is until Spring came up to his side and cuddled her head in his shoulder. His heart flutters feeling how close he is to her.

Storm's POV :
As soon as I felt her touch, it felt as if my whole life froze in time. I felt like she needs me. Her scent it was calming, just like the fresh air of spring in the early morning. Her fur it was the softest thing I have ever touched in my whole life.

I started to to nuzzle her with my snout. I then let out a rumble from my chest unconsciously. It surprised me that she got closer to me after that. It must have been comforting for her. I sat down and so did she. That is when I wrapped my tail around her. She seemed small, a really cute small. I will never forget this day.

Flame's POV:

As Starfish rubbed her cheek against mine. I let out a happy rumble from within my chest. I could feel my body reach high temperatures. I knew I could burn her but some how I didn't. I then noticed she was dripping water on my whole body, with a raincloud.

I smirked knowing that she would do this. Water wolves are to sensible to fire. But surprisingly she smelled like fresh water. It was calming to smell something like this. She was also very small in size, well compared to me, but other than that she was well built with muscle. Unlike me I was just a twig with heavy fur on. It was embarrassing just thinking out it. Either way I still love her.

3rd POV :

The two couples stayed like that for a little longer, until they had to get something for lunch. Storm went up to his mountain to eat air, Flame went back to his place to eat lava and molten rocks. Spring ate flowers and whatever she could get her jaws into. Lastly Starfish she went to eat water from the river.

It was just a regular day at the moment. The couples then met up again under the same tree. The sun was shining bright that afternoon. It was so bright, that even Flame stayed in the shadow that the tree provided. Flame then realized that this was when the next element was going to arrive. But how would he make this possible? He didn't get prepared for this, no visual, no nothing.
