Athena allowed herself to be thrown into a slightly bigger cell than the one in the speed box.
Dogs in cages beside hers barked. The dogs yapped so long Athena thought that her ears would burst. Shut up! She wanted to scream at them, she wanted everything to stop, she wanted her pack. Tears filled her eyes at the thought of her pack. She wished it was all a bad dream, that she would wake up and find everyone was ok, and happy. But Athena knew it was just a hope, not bigger than a dream.
"Fear the wolf! They want to eat your guts!"
Athena was disgraced! Wolves eat guts! Even mere rabbits know not to say that! Suddenly a small black head moved behind her. It was a pup, a wolf pup.....
