*Recent updates*

30-6 to 3-7-19: Work on the following chapter - The Battle of Hoffsfell II - is in the happening. So far I'm halfway writing it but progress is rather slow. Not since it is a difficult chapter to write, but because of I recently am super busy with other things in life and simply cannot find the energy to finish it as fast as I would like to. 

Still, the word count has reached 1500 this morning and my aim is to finish it by the end of this week. This will also be the last chapter that I will write for at least the following two months due to drastic changes in my everyday life. Great and good changes but intensive.

This story will be picked up again, I expect, around the second week of Septembre.

20-6-19: A start on the newest chapter has been made. I'm sorry everyone, that I didn't appear very active this last week. Once again, map making took a number of evenings from me and I also enrolled in The StandOuts Contest 2019, in which I'm participating in the chosen 20. The new chapter - The Battle of Hoffsfell - is hopefully up and alive soon. Can't promise it will be this weekend but I will do my best to get it up and going asap. 

14-6-19: Additional text added in the newest chapter at the end. Grammar fixes implemented in the Prologue.

12-13-6-19: A number of anecdotes have been added in the chapters: Exchange of Swords and A Son's Pride. Do check them out for some more lore, real-world history and background info.

12-6-19: I'm proud to announce that the new chapter - Old Wounds - is up! Phew! This chapter was hard to do but I did it. Enjoy and let me know what you think^^

9 to 11-6-19: Continued struggling and writing with the new chapter. It is taking me longer to write than expected. I am finally getting somewhere, however! Things are starting to look good. Not sure how much longer this one is going to take me, but the word count as of now is around 2400 words. I still got a ton to write down though. Who knows, maybe this chapter will be longer and I have to split it in twain. I hope not.

8-6-19: Even though the Wattys is coming up and I'm busy on multiple fronts, I'm happy to say that finally, work on a new chapter has started. -Old Wounds- will be up asap!

5-6-19: Going over grammar and punctuation fixes, throughout my work. Getting everything in shape to enter the Wattys!

31-5-19: Sorry, everyone. No new update this week. I just couldn't find the time. Next weekend for sure.

27-5-19: It was blood, sweat and tears to finish the new chapter -Smoke- asap since I missed my deadline of last Sunday. I surprised myself, however. I ended up with 3740 something words in total and still didn't finish what I had in mind for this chapter. But with this many words and where -Smoke- currently ended, I can say I'm very satisfied with the result. I even have good material left to continue on for the next chapter!

26-5-19: Sadly, I have to say that I am slightly delayed with my new chapter. Currently, I'm at 2300 words (700+ more to go). I will finish it on Monday as soon as possible!

25-5-19: Work on the new chapter -Smoke- has started and is already halfway (1500+ words)! That's good, but with only tomorrow left to finish before the deadline, it's pretty meh. Still, progress is progress. Though I'm not sure if I like where the story is going now. But that's for you to decide^^

20 to 24-5-10: Awfully busy with mapping services (and work...sigh), aside from that I'm about to branch out with my wattpad shop, so there was also some time going into that. Writing to be picked up and continued this weekend.

19-5-19: New chapter -Lone Travellers- is live and up! Please tell me what you think, and suggestions on what to improve are highly appreciated!

17/18-5-19: Work on the new chapter -Lone Travellers- has begun! Sadly progress is sluggish was sluggish this week but I sprinted it and barely made it before Monday.

17-5-19: A few tweaks and edits have been made. I noticed tiny things in the chapters Wintersnight I could have done better while reading some comments and put them in place. Aside from that, a few interesting anecdotes have been placed, covering some of the research I did for my current chapters (Outcast, Exchange of Swords and Wintersnight). To inform readers of what inspired me and as additional real-world historical information.  

13 to 16-5-19: Too busy with mapping and other things. Received some wonderful comments, however. 

11/12-5-19: First version of the chapter -Farewells- is up! Please let me know if you feel I could improve this chapter in some way. Comments and feedback are welcomed!

A few slight edits in the chapters Outcast (super tiny) and in the chapter Exchange of Swords will be added in.

10-5-19: Been knee-deep busy with mapping and work as of late. Work on the new chapter  -Farewells- has begun and is approximately half-way finished. I hope the pacing is not too slow.

5-5-19: Tiny edits regarding the MC's last name are put into place to create more Immersion. Here and there throughout the chapters, you will notice Wolrick's last name has been added.

4-5-19: First version of the new chapter is up! -Crossroads- is now ready to be read. Please give me some feedback regarding improvements, since I think I rushed it a little. Happy reading and leave your comments, please!

4-5-19: A tiny edit in the chapter -First fulfilment- where Myria not only hands over Wolrick his fresh clothes but also the talisman he received from his mother in the chapter - Wintersnight -

3-5-19: Still working on the next chapter. Finally hit the 2000 words mark. Wanting to add around 700 to 900 to it. Expected to be completed this weekend.

1/2-5-19: Start on the next chapter has begun! -Crossroads- will be next and upcoming!

28/29/30-4-19: Busy with mapping services. Gained some feedback in the meantime. 

27-4-19: since I came upon a good moment to do a nice cliffhanger and had reached the 3000-word mark already anyway, the first part of the following chapter already counts about 350 words.

26-4-19: very tiny edit in the chapter Wintersnight at the end.

26-4-19: - A Journey begins - New chapter is live! Love to hear feedback!^^

24/25-4-19: Work on the next chapter has begun!

23-4-19: edited some chapters regarding some comments from readers. 

- added a little more descriptive content in:

The Prologue (two more descriptions)

The Outcast, (pasted in content from A Son's Pride)

Exchange of Swords (tiny edit in the end)

A Son's Pride (cut out the time jump scene)

Wintersnight (edited in Hrogi's motivation for his actions)

The First fulfilment (added a few ending paragraphs to spice it up)

- Also, the start of the work on the next chapter will be on the horizon!

20-4-19 - 23-4-19: Being too busy with offering services to edit anything, but received valuable feedback in the meantime.

19-4-19: Taken some feedback into account. 

- Minor fixes in the chapter: Wintersnight.

- Added a few new paragraphs to improve personalisation in the new chapter: A Son's Pride.

17-4-19 till 19-4-19:  - awaiting feedback for now, regarding new chapter and older ones -

16-4-19: The two chapters Exchange of Swords and Wintersnight have been broken up into three chapters. 

This has been done to improve readability (shorter chapters) and give me more workspace to add some desired content. Most content is the same as before, but the major revisioning will be done to the "new" chapter: A Son's Pride. 

Chapters are now: Exchange of Swords, ("New") A Son's Pride and Wintersnight. 

15-4-19: Slight revisions regarding chapter: Outcast. Thanks to: @ttoteaspie for her pointers.

14-4-19: Also added a map of the local region/continent. It shows right after the prologue.

14-4-19: New chapter: -First Fulfilment- is up! Feedback much appreciated!

13-4-19: Continued work on the new chapter. Estimated finish; Sunday on schedule. 

12-4-19: Continued work on the new chapter, renamed the God Oldgrin to Grimnir

11-4-19: Work started on a new chapter.

10-4-19: Mapping and distance scaling fixed. (for the first map)

9-4-19: Watching helpful documentary videos.

Starting from January the 1st, this work has been worked on as a draft. Anyone claiming to own my story is an impostor!

Hello, fellow wattpadders,

In this log, I will keep track of how my current progressions are going.

This is meant for you to see what has been changed and when you can expect new updates again.

As of now, I will try my utter best to deliver one chapter for each week ( on Sunday's)

If that doesn't work out immediately then the next Wednesday.

For me, it is all about quality and as such will apart from writing also be busy with doing adequate research.
