He leans back in the armchair, glaring down at the letter he was trying to write. The words simply refused to form into sentences in his mind and he felt like the very empty letter was making fun of him. He could almost hear it laugh at him. The laughter annoyed him.

As minutes passed and still all he had written was Hello, he only grew more annoyed. Finally he let out a frustated groan and threw the letter into the air, following with his pen that sliced a whole midair to it and then pinned it to a wall in a blink of an eye, the ink from it scattering into a mess onto the letter. As a result it almost looked like the letter was bleeding. 

"Rough" he heard and then felt weight plop down onto his lap. He focused onto the person who was making themselves comfortable on his lap and immidately relaxed. "Hey Siri" he murmured. "Hey Moons" the boy grinned back and leaned against him, pushing his face to his neck as he wrapped his arms around his chest. Remus returned the hug and placed his chin on top of Sirius's head. 

"I missed you" Remus whispered as he felt how the weight of Sirius against him made him calm down. "I missed you too" Sirius smiled and kissed his nose. Remus closed is eyes and sighed. 

"So tell me, what did the paper do to you?"

"Shut up."

He heard Sirius snort and he couldn't help but smile softly. How did he get so lucky?
