Remus crept quietly into the flat he shared with Sirius, holding a squirming bundle, which turned out to be a kitten. He walked over to the bathroom, and turned on some warm water. He put the kitten in the water and washed all of the dirt off of it. The kitten squealed loudly, and Sirius called to Remus
"Hey Remmy! What's that noise?"
"Oh... Nothing, Siri, there isn't anything making noise in here!"
"Okay! I'm gonna come in there to run my shower. Would you like to join me?" Sirius laughed as he said it, and Remus wanted to so badly it hurt.
"Um... Don't come in here yet! I've just thrown up! That must have been what you heard!" Remus couldn't think of anything else to say.
"Oh no! Here, I'll clean up in there and run you a bath," Sirius came to the bathroom door and unlocked it with "alohamora" he opened the door and gasped as he looked at the tiny kitten.
"Remmy! You're cheating on me?"
"No! Siri, this is just a kitten. It was alone on the street!" Remus knew that Sirius would be angry when he saw the kitten.
"Hey! I've got an idea! Let's give him to James and Lily! Harry'll love to have a pet!" Sirius suggested this, and they called their friends to let them know.
"Oh! Yeah, sure! We'll take it," Lily answered the phone and agreed to take the kitten. She and James came by to get the kitten, and took Harry with them. He loved the kitten, and named it Sox. James and Lily stayed for dinner, and then went home.
"So... We never did take that shower. How about it?" Sirius asked Remus in a playful voice.
"I could go for that," Remus blushed and kissed Sirius passionately on the lips. "I love you." Remus whispered it into Sirius's neck.
"I love you too," Sirius whispered it back, and they took a very nice shower together. We won't go into detail of what they actually did on there, but you can guess.
