She's a very well thought out character. Me and you have Roleplays with her and is still currently doing so. She's very dangerous, but she is, surprisingly, a motherly type. However, there is one flaw to this OC. In my experience with roleplaying with her, she seems to be...inhumanly smart, and inhumanly powerful for a normal human. For example, she has a bunch of army equipment from her father, but, for her being 12 (or older depending on rolepaly), she seems to know police techniques as well. In our roleplay when our OCS were young, she knew advanced police techniques that she shouldn't know at her age. Not only that, she can take damage such as very close explosions, or, stab or bullet damage to places like her head(for example) and somehow only gains a scratch. Which makes me question if she's even human X3. But, I shouldn't complain, as the OC I used was stronger than her. But he had flaws such as a fear of heights, water, and a weak spot on his feet. But the only flaw I see on Lily is mention of her past. Overall, she is a....well, I guess you could say an OC that can really be used to make long lasting Roleplays like ours. Now onto my Rating.
