Third person POV:
“Who exactly are you guys, and who are the people you need my help against?”, Ivy asks them.

Jackson was a little worried now be because they were literally about to ask her to enter a war blindly, as even they do not know what they are up against, so he has to try to explain as nice as possible.

“Well, we don't exactly know what we are against.....”.

She looks at them like they've lost their minds “So you have no idea?, and you want me to follow you blindly into what..., Am sorry but you have to leave now, it was crazy of me to think I could even entertain all this”.

“I know this is too much to ask, but just trust me is you can, I wouldn't lead you into something that has no result, I know we just met but from what I am seeing, you shouldn't even be living in the human world, so I think our offer could be a way for us u to learn more about yourself. We do have the biggest supernatural library in the realm”.

She puts.what he said into thoughts and even though she hate to admit it, he is right, she doesn't know anything about herself (supernaturally). It's high time she knew.

Reluctantly.....“Okay, I'll help you but just promise me that I'll be okay, I kinda cherish my life alot you know”.

This made Jackson to chuckle “Okay Madame, noted, I'll always protect you and ensure your safety”.

She scoffed to that... Protect her he said... He hasn't even seen her in full power yet.

The scoff doesn't go unnoticed by him anyways “what you don't think u can protect you?, There's alot of things and people you dont know about our world, even though you are powerful, you'll still need my help... That I am sure of”.

That does kind of make sense, she has only been living amongst humans for her whole life.. she doesn't really know any supernatural like her, so alongside being excited about this new ally she just made, she's also a little scared of what to expect.

Xavier have just been at a corner staring at this mystery gurl because he didn't want to scare her, and also because he was trying to figure out what she was exactly.

She looked pretty petite but all what has been happening in these few hours explains that she's not weak in any way.

How was she so powerful, he was coming down with a very bad head ache and he didn't like that she was stressing him this much.

All his beings were having a field day in his head. Imagine having a stampede in your head.... That was exactly how he was feeling right now.

“So what exactly are you guys anyways.... Huge dogs?”.

Xavier knew she's was just curious based on the look on her face, but he didn't like that comment at all.

Jackson was about to respond, but Xavier beat him to it “You see we are not big dogs, Jackson here is my beta, and you have seen him in his wolf form”.

“Wait, wolf form?, That means he has other forms?”.

Instead on answering, Jackson would rather show her, he turns into his vampire form, which looks like him but whiter, with bloodshot red eyes, veins in his neck, with fangs obviously and a darker deamenor.

Her reaction to him wasn't what he expected at all. She got close to him and touched his neck “woah!!”.

He expected her to be frightened, but she looks intrigued instead. Her hand on his neck made him feel a weird kinda way, that he couldn't explain, but all he wanted to do was draw her close.

She retracted her hand still intrigued, he looked so deadly... And she didn't know why that does not scare her at all, instead it excited her.

“You look lovely, by the way”. Instead of being offended that a lady, called him lovely, he felt nice, as he turned back to his normal self.

“Thanks”. He said, with a noticeable blush coming up.

Xavier watched the whole scene unfold as he was also intrigued by her reaction to Jacks being, there was a pang of jealousy, that he would not admit to habouring though.

She then turned to Xavier as if to say, you next. But he shook his head “You don't what to see them.... They can be quite ruthless, and not lovely .....”.

This earned a new blush from Jack, interesting.

She wanted to argue but the look on his face shouted finality in the conversation, so she just let it go for now since he said them that means he didn't ah e only one being.... She couldnt wait to see them, but later though.

And she asked the impending question, “so when do we set out”.
