"Was Jungkook here last night?" Mother asked and I nodded quietly as I got out of bed and she folded my blanket and tugged at the ends of the bed spread to get rid of the wrinkles.
"The room smells like him" She shook her head, making a face.
I held in my giggle.
"I know he told you everything about me. What does it feel like? Knowing your mother's a wolf? " She asked, sneaking a glance.
"Doesn't change much, I still love you the same" I shrugged, walking out of the bathroom, patting my face dry.
"I'm sorry for being so rude. I just didn't want you to get hurt.." She paused and I let out an 'uh?'.
"I really don't want you to go through what I went through. I'm still not happy with Kookie and you dating, but I have no choice now, do I? " She looked at me again, "There's nothing I can do".
I walked up to her, taking her hands into mine, " He said he wouldn't mark me. And this Lil tattoo you gave me.." I pointed to my lower back, "is doing a good job in keeping the boy away".
"I like Jungkook as much as I like you, Chae! He's like this son I never had.." She trailed off.
"That'd make him my brother " I narrowed my eyes at her, "He's not my brother!".
She chuckled, shaking her head "Yes, not your brother".
"We'll fix this, mum" I assured her once again.
"I was depressed for five years.." She confessed, "five years after losing him" she said, referring to her mate.
"I'm sorry.." I tried.
"I used to cry everyday, quit work for a while and ugh, it was a mess, really!" She sighed.
"Things changed when you met dad" I smiled, rubbing her shoulder.
"Oh yes, of course" She grinned, but the pain in her eyes were evident.
"I won't lose Kookie" I looked into her eyes, "we will be careful".
"I hope you will! I don't have a good feeling about this.." She took in a deep breath, "losing your mate is like losing a huge part of yourself.. forever".
"Ma, It won't happen to me"
"It won't" She shook her head, as if shaking off thoughts and memories.
"I'll have to dress up quick, I have only half an hour " I rushed out.

College again. It was a new beginning, as a lot had changed during the holidays.
Jungkook and I were now dating. I'd lost my virginity to his- um - fingers, discovered that I was cursed and shit, what not?
But as I walked through the hallway, I felt nostalgic even though it had only been a few months since I walked them. Feeling an arm slither around my waist, pulling me against a hard chest, and by the way everybody turned around to look at the person beside me, I knew it was Jungkook.
I looked to my side and he leaned down to peck my nose making me blush and look away.
"No PDA!" I narrowed my eyes.
"I just want everyone to know who you belong to" he smirked.
"Who do I belong to?" I raised my brows.
"Taehyung.." He mumbled.
"What the fuck?" I stopped walking.
"What? To me, of course. Is that even a question?" He shook his head and I rolled my eyes.
"You Lil shit" I laughed. Walking upto the class I had, i turned to Kook, "I'll see you during the break ".
"Alright" he pouted and as much as I hated doing this in front of people, I did it anyway.
Standing on my toes, I pressed my lips against his in a brief kiss and I swear I felt him smile into it.
When I pulled away, I noticed the cocky ass smirk plastered on his face.
I wiggled my brows at him and he only shook his head, pushing me into the classroom and trailing behind.
"Don't you have a different class?" I asked confused, our timetables were different..right?
"I got it changed" he mumbled, his hand on my shoulder as we walked through to take a seat somewhere in the middle of the class.
I wasn't surprised though. I was so used to Jungkook changing his timetables to match it with random girls he liked. Resisting the urge to roll my eyes, I listened to the lecture by one of our new lecturers.
The man was fairly young, probably in his thirties. I watched closely as a few girls gawked at him with their mouths slightly open. He had worn a lavender dress shirt with a pair of black pants. His clothes fit him perfectly well, stressing onto the muscles that hid underneath, making him look extra prominent and attractive.
The man's eyes scanned the room through his black rimmed glasses and some of the dark bangs that fell over his forehead. It was as if he was looking for someone, and I noticed the way he stared at Kook for a second or two, longer than he had looked at anyone else.
"He's creepy" I whispered to Jungkook who sat close beside me.
Chuckling, he replied, "Shush, he can hear you".
"Uh?"
"Wolf" Jungkook grinned, as if happy to find one of his own kind among the teachers.
That was pretty much it. I sewed my mouth shut for the rest of the class, admiring the teacher and also reminding myself that I now had a boyfriend and it was disrespectful to drool over other men.
I scribbled down quick notes and the more the guy spoke, the interesting the class got.
It wasn't until Jungkook's hand slid down from the table to my thigh that I realised he was even there.
"What're you doing?" I hissed.
"Babe~" he started.
"Seriously, Jungkook!" I whispered, pushing his arm off, fighting the blush from appearing on my cheeks.
"Chae.." He groaned a bit, his hand back on my thigh, and this time higher up.
I moved my eyes from the book before me to the boy next to me and the rate at which his face was flushing, had me panic a little.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"For now, yes" he nodded.
"What's wrong?" I placed my hand on his and he felt warmer than usual.
"I might get into heat this evening" he sighed, rubbing his forehead, "I want to bend you over and take you right here and right now s-"
I pressed the palm of my hand against his mouth, "Shut up! He can hear you" I took glances at the lecturer who was now turned towards the screen behind him, displaying a few slides.
"Sorry" the boy mumbled against my hand and I pulled it away.
"My place tonight baby" he smirked for the n'th time and I only scoffed at his statement. But on a serious note, I'd be lying if I said I didn't rub my thighs together at that.
