The next day:

You were awoken with a

*crash*

You looked around in search of the where the sound had originated from only to see trinity who had a look of pure terror on her face...

"Trin,What the fuck"

She was staring at something on the floor that she seemed completely fixated on

"Trinity! What the actual fuck"

"Oh right sorry,I broke a plate,now my dads gonna kill me"

"Well then hide the body and dispose of all evidence"

"Does that include witnesses"

"I will swear to secrecy"

"Pfft Okay,But seriously though help me clean this up or you're a dead man"

"Got it,Boss"

You helped clean the mess,once you were done sweeping away the shattered remains of a decorative plate you heard the bathroom door lock click open,Georgia stepped out with her clothes on after changing out of Pyjamas in the bathroom,trinity was also already changed so you leaned the broom against a nearby wall,grabbed your backpack,and went into the bathroom to change...

Once you finished and came out of the room Georgia suggested going to a coffee shop before work since it was a weekday,it was the summer holiday so your friends didn't have their human 'school',you politely declined stating that if you did so you would be late to work and there was nobody else to cover your shift

They understood and you all made your way to work...

It was a few hours later and you had just finished grooming the dogs,they were your expertise and you had actually heavily considered adopting one,Sure,it would be kind of ironic,a wolf owning a pet dog,dogs being close descendants of wolves,Hmm,that brings a thought to mind,what if I can understand dogs?okay I'm definitely trying this,also how did I go three years without considering this...

You walked into the kennel and up to your personal favourite dog,cimarron,which stands for 'wild' or 'untamed',he was a large German Shepard who looked quite similar to a wolf,huh,he was quite large for a dog,meh probably a birth defect or something,you walked up to cimarron and tried to speak to him in wolfish,which was basically just like normal talking but you had to add small clicking noises and a blank white high pitched noise in the background with your throat

It was kinda complicated but comes naturally to wolves and is there original language,sure,wolfish is a dumb name for it but it fit the description so you stuck with it,and so,it seems,did everyone else

*in wolfish* "can you understand me lil buddy?"

At first the 'dog' looked quite shocked at what you were doing but eventually just relaxed and turned it's head to the side in confusion,or so it seemed

You tried the same technique with other dog breeds,it seemed the more similar they are to their wolf ancestors the more they can understand,and,occasionally,speak back,but with more wolfish barks,which were also not too hard compared to human version of wolfish

You still hide you tail and ears and the fact that you're a werewolf though due to the fact that,one,nobody knew you were and you lied to everyone you knew for three years,and two,you had seen what felt like almost every variation of monster except for werewolf's and a few others so you kept on your toes and stayed cautious of your secret identity and life,that of which you didn't actually know too much about yourself...

While talking to the dogs and handing out food bowls you hear the *ting* of the door opening as some customers step in,you rush over to the counter because Georgia was hard at work giving all the animals a bath and that can sometimes be pretty...well...problematic...

"Hello there,what can I do for you today"

"WE WANT AN ATTACK HOUND TO DESTROY OUR ENEMIES"

You look up only to see a fish-looking woman with two small children,one of which looked extremely embarrassed of her friends behaviour,the other was...FRISK! Frisk the human the ambassador to the godamn monsters,wow,this is amazing,you're actually meeting them in person and they were...adorable?...well this was unexpected...

"Aww,you guys are so cute"

The child sighted something happily but you couldn't understand what they said so you turned to the other human

"-they said thank you and that they were extremely flattered-"

"Your welcome,what do ya' guys need?"

"ATTACK HO-"

"-we are not getting an attack hound undyne,we would like to see the dogs please,we are looking to adopt-"

"Sure guys,follow me"

The three followed you around through the back door to the kennel with the dogs,the two kids immediately run up to cimarron which saddened you since you wanted to adopt him,but you were still happy that he was probably going to a better home

it would be for the best,after all you don't exactly have the best accommodations currently or enough income to provide food and basic training and don't even mention the medical bills or your schedule,that's not the best lifestyle or living conditions for a big dog like him,you should be glad,scratch that you are glad

You wander over to them,by now undyne was also fangirling over how wolf-like the dog looked and how it would would make for a fierce guard dog,you thought this was cute and let him out of his pen,he trotted around a bit,taking loads of love and pets from the children before they finally decided to adopt him

You made them sign an agreement and some files and contracts before giving them his general belongings,a bag of dog food,a dog bowl and water dish,his brush,his favourite chew toy and his leash and collar

You told them to feel free to replace any of this stuff it was just that it was good to give these things to beginner owners,they took the stuff and you told them you would drop him off tomorrow,they gave you the address,thanked you and left

Georgia then burst out from the shower room,completely soaked and covered in soap,you groaned in playful annoyance and helped her out with the animals while she changed her clothes in the staff bathrooms,after which you said your goodbyes and finished your shift,leaving for home

When you got home you plopped down onto your sofa bed,it being out already due to you not bothering to put it away the previous night,you closed your eyes and let sleep consume you...
