"Jimin?"

Yoongi crossed his arms and widened his eyes at the little male among the crowd. He walked closer to the silver head who was holding Hoseok's arm tightly in his grip.

"You wanna follow Jungkook?" Yoongi asked Jimin once more, eyes never leaving one of his favourite males.

"Yes. It's also part of my duty as the assistant to the pack warrior to protect my head alpha."

"Jimin's right, I can never allow our head alpha to leave for a mission unprotected. He may be true blood and head of the strongest pack in the community, but there is no way I will allow Jungkook to travel on his own." Hoseok hugged Jimin's tiny waist in support of the shorter male's determination.

"Besides, I'm one of the fastest runner in the pack territory, next to Jungkook. We probably will need an hour gap between each other but it's better than letting him all alone into the dark forest."

Jungkook thought for a second. He is not in favour of having someone following him who might potentially delay his action and become a liability.

"Fine. We leave in an hour. Get ready. While we are gone, I want Namjoon to continue to stay with Jin Hyung. Hoseok increase the guards around the pack and secure the mansion, please send warnings to our families and ask them to stay off the pack's ground for now."

"What the hell do I do then?" Yoongi pointed at himself.

"Taehyung. You need to sit him down and let him know everything Yoongi. I believe it's also better for you as his brother to speak with him. I'd like to be there and do it but for now, I need to fulfil my duty as the pack's head alpha."

Yoongi solemnly nodded at Jungkook. The older knows that Jungkook is right, he has to be the one to break the truth to Taehyung. He has hidden the truth of their origin, about their parents, about their home, about himself for the past 21 years from Taehyung. He can't afford to do it any longer.

"Thanks. Now, if anything, absolutely anything goes wrong while I'm away, Hoseok will be in line for the second of command. I would have placed Joonie but I know he needs to be with Jin Hyung."

"I will stay guard Jungkook, you have my word." Hoseok bowed his head slightly in a dignifying manner, swearing his oath again to his head alpha.

"Good. Jimin, meet me at the backyard in 30 mins. I will be right there after I say goodbye to Tae."

"Ok Jungkook." Jimin obliged.

The raven head turned his heel to walk away from the study before a broken voice stopped his heels from proceeding further. His body froze with the melancholic tone as he cautiously turned towards his brother.

"Yes Hyung?"

"Will I have Jinnie back?" Namjoon's demeanour was close to a little 5 years old who struggles after being denied his favourite toy.

"Hyung." Jungkook didn't know what to say. He can only comfort his brother by closing his arms around the big guy, patting his back as an assurance that everything will be alright. Although the raven head is crossing his fingers, he can only hope the moon goddess will not disappoint him.

"Jinnie will be alright. I promise. I will be back soon Joon Hyung." Jungkook assured his trembling brother once again and finally left the study towards his room to find his mate.

"Tae-...Taehyung? Taehyung?" Jungkook screened through his room, his bathroom and even his balcony as the french door was wide opened.

"TAEHYUNG?" Jungkook screamed. His heart palpitated like it was going into a cardiac arrest, his mind clouded like a chalky bucket of water. He couldn't think, where is his mate?

"Jungkook, why are you yelling?"

Unfortunately, Jungkook was not pleased with the owner of the voice. He wanted to hear his mate's honey deep voice and not the voice of his older brother. Yoongi on the other hand, barged in through the door, almost kicking it off the panel.

"Taehyung is not here."

"What the hell you mean by he is not here? You said you asked him to be here until we are done!"

"I did Yoongi! I fucking told him to stay here!"

"Did you then fucking checked in Jin's room? Is he there?" Yoongi asked, concerned that his brother might be too good on his own to leave Jin's body unattended.

"I havent-..."

"Taehyung is not there or anywhere inside the house." Jimin and Hoseok rammed into the room as the head alpha was about to sprint his way to Jin's.

"What the hell you mean by he is not in the house?" Jungkook was furious. The tip of his ears almost matching the red in his eyes spreading his true blood venom making the rest uncomfortable.

"You're his mate Jungkook, you can smell his scent. Trail him now!"

Yoongi was already pulling his hair out feeling the dying urge to smash anything to show his anger and frustration. His little brother is gone! Taehyung is nowhere to be found, and it is all their fault for not protecting the one person who needed it the most.

Jungkook started to run, he bumped pass Hoseok and Jimin down the hallway to the living room. He stood in the middle of the room and closed his eyes inhaling the various scent surround him. The raven head only needed to distinguish his mate's scent and it didn't take him long before a strong eucalyptus scent invaded his senses.

He opened his eyes indicating the switch between silver and red showing the true blood's desperate effort to link himself with his mate. It's a shame that they are not able to establish mind links like the others. It would have been much easier for Jungkook to trace if Taehyung is within his mind space.

"Bun. Where are you?" Jungkook concentrated with what he has - his beating heart for Tae and nose filled with his mate's scent.

His feet automatically turned to the side, made him ran out of the backdoor to the open yard. By this time, the rest of the members excluding Namjoon who was told to stay by Jin's side followed the true head into the backyard.

"His scent-..."

"What about his scent Jungkook?" Yoongi wasn't sure why Jungkook's face crumpled with disgust and anger.

"His scent was contaminated."

"It can't be-..."

"Yoongi, it's the same mint scent which I found in your house. The scent contaminated Tae's." Jungkook's fingernails dug deeper into the flesh of his palm as his knuckles turned pale white.

"Bloody hell. Did that bastard came in to kidnap Taehyung?" Yoongi fell on his knees. It can't be, right? Who the hell dare to step into the head alpha's mansion and kidnap his very own mate? Unless the person has a death wish or someone who is psychotic enough to provoke the true blood.

"K-kidnap?" Jimin stuttered.

"Don't." warned Jungkook.

"Can't you continue to trail Taehyung's scent and find him?" Hoseok asked, as he tried his best to catch any foreign footprint on his pack's territory but he failed miserably. "I can't believe I'm such a useless warrior. I failed as a warrior beta." Hoseok's pride as the best warrior in the territory diminished.

"FUCKING HELL! I CAN'T TRAIL TAE'S SCENT ANYMORE." Jungkook scream turned into a huge growl. His deep howling sent an eerie chill down their spines as the nearby trees opening the space to the backyard swayed with the creepy wind gushing by.

The raven head fell on his knees as his howling turned wild. Jungkook's eyes turned completely red as he arched his shoulder backwards with eyes on the sky, letting his growl deepen.

"Jungkook! Control your wolf." Jimin lunged forward to stop their head alpha before it turns into a messy tragic. "No!" The silver head yelled as he saw with his pair of eyes the raven head breaking his bone shifting into a big black wolf standing at least 3 feet tall with his dark bloody eyes flashing right at them.

I'm going to the dark forest.

Jungkook mind linked the rest while Yoongi stood at the side hoping one of the boys will inform him what was the wolf saying.

"Jungkook said he will leave to the dark forest. I will follow him. He asked both you and Hobi to continue what he instructed you to." Jimin explained to Yoongi who nodded but came up with a question on his own while Jimin took the shift into his very own beta-omega wolf - a beautiful soft grey wolf.

"Jungkook. I want my brother back here at any cost. I trust you." Yoongi warned while indirectly begged Jungkook to ensure the safety of his little brother. He has no idea why would Jungkook choose to leave to the dark forest instead of locating his very own missing mate.

Yoongi can only cross his finger and hope Jungkook knows bloody well what the hell he is doing.

The raven fur wolf dipped his head slightly indicating a gently nod while his eyes continued to flash in red. The now turned wolf- Jimin went closer to Yoongi and nuzzled his nose into the older's tummy.

"Please be safe Jiminie. I need you. Hobi needs you. Be safe for us." Yoongi leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on the grey fur wolf's nose and lovingly gazed into the wolf's blue-grey eyes.

I will Yoongi. I will be back. Take care of each other for me. I love you both.

The grey wolf turned his head to Hoseok who just nodded and took his place by Yoongi's side. Upon hearing their mate's mind voice, both Yoongi and Hoseok wiped their tears not allowing Jimin to depart in despair.

It was a very unique turn over of event when all three males found the bond between them not too long ago. Yoongi's presence into their lives made both Jimin and Hoseok aware of their unspeakable affection towards one another.

Jimin knew instantly on the day when Yoongi revealed his true self to the gang member's that the older was his destined mate. What shocked the pair further was when Hoseok joined as the additional bond which strengthened them as Yoongi found his love manifested towards Hoseok. Hence since then, the trio silently completed their mating bonds and been waiting for a proper time to confirm everyone's suspicion on their strange attractions towards one another.

Jungkook didn't waste another second. As soon as he noticed the trio have said their goodbyes, he started to sprint. He knew that with the urgency and fire embodied in him right now will only fuel him to sprint faster towards his destination.

Without looking back, the raven wolf could sense his second warrior beta following him with the same amount of fire and urgency in his feet.

We will find Taehyung no matter what Jungkook. Speed ahead, I'm right behind your tail.

Jimin assured his commitment towards their head alpha. With that, Jungkook narrowed his focus and sharpened his senses to reach the dark forest, to Euria - the wise old lady who can solve their misery (or at least he hopes so).
