Centuries ago, during the creation of the different kinds on earth, Moon Goddess vowed to keep her side of the balance by creating an entity that will always guard the human-werewolves species.

Hence, the healers within the Guardian packs were born. Personally and properly groomed by the Goddess herself, the human within the Guardian packs are born to be the ace healers.

In Guardian pack, the ratio from wolves to humans are plenty to almost none, keeping human headcount to bare minimal. Humans born into the Guardian pack are the ultimate healers, they are crowned as the ace. Ace healer carries a special ability gifted by the Goddess, the ability to control and heal through the elements such as fire, water, earth, wood and metal.

In a simpler term, the ace healer is the closest entity to the Moon Goddess herself. Throughout the centuries, only one ace healer was ever born to the pack, leaving the possibility of this as a myth to many.

Every member of the wolves are either someone with a healing ability or have the special power of protection within the five elements. Only the ace healer has all the five abilities becoming the most supreme and also dangerous to enemies in the wild.

Due to the number of abilities and special powers availed to the Guardian pack members, they quickly became a pack that was envied by many others. Moon Goddess's sole intention to make them the pack that can assist her other moon children became vain when one dot of jealousy corrupted the minds of the wearies.

In the true history of the werewolves, the last ace healer who was a human born into the Guardian pack was brutally murdered and burned in the wild by the members of Crusader Pack, leading the action to a war - Dark War.

It happened 50 years ago when Kim Woo - the first and last ace healer was killed after being betrayed by her brother who soon joined the Crusader Pack. Eventually, he did not survive long as he was assassinated by the leader of the Crusader's pack for not obeying his comment.

Since then, it was said that the whole lineage of the Kim family and the Guardian pack have seized from existence since the Dark War days.

When the war broke loose on earth, Moon Goddess's wrath was beyond anyone's imagination. She vowed to not show kindness to the dark and disowned the Crusaders, turning them into Rogues, permanently trapped in their wolf forms.

The Goddess put the curse on the Crusaders and left only the head alpha in each generation to have the ability to live as a human on the day of the full moon every month, showing them mercy.

No one has ever heard from the Crusaders and also no indication on how the spell could be broken was ever spoken. Eventually, through the passing years, all the stories and happenings of the Dark Days turned to become a myth.

"And that's what we all know about the Dark Days." Alpha Jeon finished his narration, watching the boys gawking at him, unable to believe that the story about the Guardian and healers were indeed true.

"Dad?"

"Yes son?"

"About Azalea...Tae's mom, how does she fit into the story and how were Tae and I fated as mates?"

"Jungkook. We thought that Kim Woo's lineage died with him and his brother but we were wrong. What we didn't know was that Kim Woo's wife delivered a baby girl just before her death."

It was the truth behind Tae and Yoongi's mother. She was the daughter of the ace healer. She was born as an Omega wolf, she could not be trained as an ace healer coz she is not a human. She might not be a direct threat, she was still seen as a danger as long as she was a member of the Guardian pack and the daughter of the last ace healer.

Her mother held onto the last of her breath when she crossed the borders to Shadow Pack and gave her baby to one of the council members. Jungkook's grandfather was the then head of the council who very kindly welcomed the baby girl with many secrets as Shadow Pack has always been a close ally of the Guardians.

"Tae's mom grew up with Shadow Pack?" Namjoon's eyes widened.

"Does that mean Tae and Yoongi are wolves?" Jin's voice squeaked higher, he was partially excited and full-on curious to find out the answer.

"Can you boys ask me the questions one by one? I don't know how to answer all of you at once." Alpha Jeon sighed, he knew that breaking the truth will take a troll on him, but never knew it would be this bad.

"Dad, is Tae a wolf too?"

"He is not Jungkook. Your mate is not a wolf."

Jungkook's heart sunk a level, but his mind was buzzing with all the details he father mentioned. If Tae was the son born to a member of Guardian Pack, and he is not a wolf then it can only mean one thing.

"He is the ace healer. Taehyung is our ace healer." Jungkook's eyes glistened with tears. How can he be so lucky to have such a beautiful mate who is also the most blessed person by the Moon Goddess? Unbelievable, Taehyung is a miracle and he is Jungkook's miracle.

Namjoon and Jin exchanged their glances, heart-pumping out their chest, threatening to escape through their widened mouth. This truth was bigger than they have anticipated. Namjoon guessed that Tae might be special, but he didn't know the brown head will be the ultimate miracle.

"Yes he is son, he is. He is also your mate, making him your ultimate responsibility."

"But how? How has he destined to me dad? I'm no one special." Jungkook fiddled on his shirt.

"Jungkook, Tae is the ace healer. Due to the nature of his surrounding, he was not trained or even exposed to anything about werewolves. Yoongi on the other hand, he is an alpha. He knows. He was protecting his little brother all these while."

"Yoongi is a bloody alpha? Damn! I didn't know!" Jin gasped.

"How did we not scent Yoongi as an alpha?" Joon showed his confusion which was there on his face since alpha Jeon started his little throwbacks.

"Yoongi is also the son of the ace healer lineage. He is a full wolf while Tae is not. Somehow, the ability as a Guardian pack member allows Yoongi to use his ability with earth to mask it."

Alpha Jeon explained how Yoongi can sense and hide his true nature with the help of mother earth.

"Bloody favourite children of Moon Goddess, so cool!" Jin was astonished.

Namjoon needs to calm the hype down in his mate, trying to ease him back to the serious discussion they were having.

"And Jungkook. You're not someone ordinary my son. You're a true alpha. You're equally blessed by the deity. Only a true alpha can mate with an ace healer."

"That means Kim Woo's wife was-..."

"She was a true alpha of the Shadow Pack. One of our best fighter." Mr Jeon answered Namjoon's question even before the blue head had a chance to complete.

"Bloody hell...it's just too much information! What am I gonna do? Tae doesn't even know he is my mate, heck he doesn't even know what are werewolves!" Jungkook growled in frustration, his agitated aura was making Jin tremble in discomfort.

"K-Kook, you m-may want to calm down." Jin assured the younger as Jungkook started to groan even louder.

"Son, let me help you."

"What should I do dad? Fuck! I can't leave Tae alone anymore, I feel my heart is breaking apart without seeing him around."

"Jungkook, it's the mating bond. But son, it will take some time. Tae is oblivious to all these truths. It will be risky to confront him just coz you can't control your mate bond."

His father knew for sure how crazy is it for them to not being able to touch, pamper, love and cherish their mates. It's basically like stabbing their hearts repetitively with a sharp knife.

"But dad-..."

"You need to speak with Yoongi first."

Jungkook gulped, he knew he is screwed.
