Well look at that. Both are being tortured even though I don't really know what they did wrong. I mean whatever Ferid did can't be compared to what Krul could have done.

This is just bullsh*t man.

"We can't save them, right?" Yuu asked, without looking away from them.
"Do you want to save them?" Crowley asked, glancing down at Yuu.
"I... uhh..." He didn't know how to reply to that question.

Mika turned away from Lacus and Rene and looked up at Yuu, who was gazing at Krul.
"What are we going to do now?" Mika asked him with a serious expression.
"I want to save them. Crowley, how can we save them?" Yuu asked the vampire and starred up at him, hoping for an answer.

Crowley smiled at Yuu's question.
"If you really want to save them, we will have to tame that seraph of the end in you first. To do that, we will need to go to Ferid's mansion." Crowley explained, reaching out his hand to him.

*Time Skip*
As the vampires left to take that place back the humans stormed, we made our way up to Ferid's mansion.

That was some big house. I starred at the giant mansion.
"What does he need all these big mansions for?" I muttered as we entered through the giant metallic gate.
I knew that he has more than just this mansion.

"You are probably just jealous aren't you?" Yuu mocked with a grin.
"Not really." I replied with a blunt expression "If I had this much money, I would buy myself a small house in the middle of the forest, staying as far away from society as possible."

"Yes, that actually sounds like something you would do." He pointed out and crossed his arms.
I didn't reply and just laughed dryly.

"I'll open the front door." Crowley said bluntly and went away with the keys in his hands.

I watched him leave.
Looking around I saw Yuu talking with Mika and the rest of the team talking with each other in a small group.
I was standing somewhere between. Alone as always.

"It's always the same, don't you think so?" Kaze suddenly spoke up.
"Yes, you're right. But it doesn't really bother me. Its not like I'm really interested in conversations anyways. They get boring after a while and then I start feeling awkward, because I can't just leave without a word. But interrupting the others, while they seem to talk about something they are really into, is really impolite and I have to wait for the right moment to leave." I explained with a sour expression.
Kaze stayed silent for moment, before he finally replied.
"You really have some problems girl." He mocked and laughed.

I huffed at his words and crossed my arms, trying to look bored to the others. Since it would look like I'm having a conversation with myself, if I didn't.

"Say, do you remember anything from your past? Like what you did with your life before you came here. Where you lived? Your family. Friends. Job. School. What you did in your spare time. Can you remember anything from it?" Kaze asked, trying to change the topic.

"I'm Yuna... I'm supposed to be 18, if I wouldn't have been trapped here since eight years. I lived with... my family is..." I closed my mouth shut.

I can't remember. Who is my family? I know that my real family died in a car accident, but only because of Kaze. So... why can't I remember my family?
I cant remember my family. I can't remember where I lived. My friends, my school... I can't even remember my surname.
Why can't remember anything from my past?!

I only remember my name and Akito.

"Yuna?" A voice suddenly brought me back to reality.

I looked up, only to meet Yuu's eyes.
He looked worried. His hand reached out for me.
It was right in front of my face.
I stepped back and looked at him with a confused expression.

"Are you... crying?" He suddenly asked as he kept looking at me with eyes filled with sorrow.
"C- crying?" I repeated unsure and brought my hand to one of my eyes, whipping over it.

I realized that he was right. I was crying.
Why am I crying? It's not like it bothered me before. So why know? How could I not realize, that I have forgotten everything?

I started crying even more as I realized that Yuu was right.
I kept trying to wipe these tears away, but they just didn't stop.

"What's wrong?" Yuu asked with a worried voice.
"I- I can't remember..." I whispered, not wanting anyone else from the team to hear me.
"You can't remember? What can't you remember?" He asked confused and peered closer.
"Everything... I can't remember my past. I can't remember my family, my friends, my school, my hometown. I can't remember anything..." I muttered, fixing my gaze at the ground.

Silence fell.
As Yuu didn't seem to know how to react, I looked up at him and opened my mouth to speak.
"I know. It's weird to cry, because of something like that... but somehow it feels really awful, realizing that you cant remember your past. I mean, my family is probably worried about me and I can't even remember them. I feel like I have no past. I-"
I was cut off as I felt Yuu's arms wrap around me.
Not knowing what to do, I rested my chin on his shoulder.

"I am scared. I'm afraid... I'm afraid that I won't remember my past ever again. I mean, I didn't even realize that I have forgotten everything until know. I was just living, not even thinking about it once." I whispered and closed my eyes, as my tears started to get less.

I felt Yuu tightening his embrace.
"If it hurts you so much. I will somehow find a way to get your memories back. I don't know how. But I'm sure there is a way." Yuu muttered with a soft voice.
I smiled at his words and closed my eyes.
"Thank you." I replied and hugged him back.

There was silence for a while, but Shinoa broke it.

"I don't know what's going on, but I will call that a Yuuna moment." Shinoa spoke up with a grin.

"Shinoa... only Yuna is allowed to let out puns." Kimizuki pointed out and crossed his arms.
"That wasn't a pun. That's my shipname for them." She explained with a grin.

I sighed at her words, already standing far away from Yuu, who let go off me because of her words.

I spun around as I heard a noise coming from behind. The next moment a noble pushed the front doors open.

Before anyone else could really react, he aimed for Yuu.
Within a blink of an eye I was already blocking his attack.

"Huh? You're pretty fast for a human... but you are in my way." He said and tried to push me away.

I blocked his attack again. He looked really pissed after I blocked this one with ease.
I grinned at his reaction and made an attempt to push him away, but he just jumped backwards.

"Yuna! Stop fighting alone!" Yuu complained and pointed his sword at my direction.
"Fine. I will let you fight then." I huffed, as I suddenly stood next to Yoichi "Oh. And by the way. That one isn't going to be this easy." I smirked and put my weapon away.

"I told you not to fight alone. Not not to fight at all!!" I yelled at me.

"What are you humans doing here?" The vampire asked "Well... never mind. Sword drink-"

"No you won't!" Mika shouted as he suddenly aimed for the noble.

"Why is a vampire fighting alongside humans?" The vampire asked with an annoyed expression.
Before Mika could react, his arms where cut of by the noble.
Yuu jumped between, blocking another attack.
Mitsuba called her demon, which grabbed Yuu and Mika, pulling then back.

"I don't have time for you. A monster is following me." The vampire explained, ready to leave this place.

Suddenly the front doors flung open, revealing Crowley.
"Where are you going Fuola Honte?" Crowley asked with a smirk.

I peeked at the vampires face. He seemed to be afraid at some point, as he muttered Crowley's name.

"You are part of Ferid's faction, right? A thirteenth progenitor I believe." The noble said, as Crowley walked up to him.
"You are right." Crowley answered with a blunt expression and pulled out his sword.
"I'm a tenth. You shouldn't be able to touch me." The vampire explained, with a somehow unsure expression.

"I'm sure that you're correct." Crowley replied with a smile.
"Then leave. This a waste of time."
"If you think so, then come at me. We literally have all the time of the world. This conversation-"

The noble attacked Crowley, before he was finished.
But Crowley sliced him in half, before the vampire could react, or even finish his attack he started.

"Yep. What a waste of time." Crowley repeated, the nobles words, as he walked up to his head.

"I'm not gonna complain about our allies being too powerful." Shinoa muttered and sweatdropped.
"What? Why does he count, but I don't?" I asked her, with an annoyed expression.
"Psst!" Shinoa said and covered my mouth with one of her hands and placed the index finger of her other hand on her lips "You are our secret weapon. No one shall know your strength." She whispered with a grin.

I glared at her and crossed my arms.
As if no one noticed my strength.

I decided to not argue about that and turned away.

Crowley had killed the noble and walked up to us.

"Did you see that?" Yuu asked with a shocked expression and pointed at Crowley.

"You know what? I have an idea." Crowley suddenly spoke up with a smile. "Let's see if your little battle formation can stand a chance against me."

"What?" I asked with a confused expression and crossed my arms.

*Timeskip*

"You were obviously cheating." Crowley mumbled, as he put his sword back into its shaft.
"Am I?" I asked as I leaned at one of the trees in the courtyard, looking at others trying to stand up.

"I can't remember you being that strong as we fought the last time. I mean, Chess and Horn even captured you and took you as a hostage. You didn't even fight back that time." He muttered and crossed his arms with a kinda confused expression.
"I only followed my orders."
"What orders?" Crowley asked curious.
"Guren told me to do so, in case I... well we had a little argument about what he actually wanted me to do, but since I disagreed on that one, we came to another conclusion, where I just play weak human, as soon as I get caught." I replied with a grin and crossed my arms "Talking of which... you played weak to, the last time we fought."

"That's-"

"She's right. You acted weaker than you actually are." Yuu complained.

"- because the thirteenth progenitor is just a facade. Actually my rank is close the a seventh." Crowley explained with a grin.

"And you called me a cheater." I muttered and crossed my arm with a sigh.

I know that Crowley was lying about his rank. Ferid didn't give him his own blood. He gave Crowley the blood if the second progenitor, who turned Ferid into a vampire.
Thank you Wikipedia.

"WHOA HOLD ON! DID YOU HEAR WHAT HE JUST SAID?! HE WAS A HUMAN?!" Yuu screamed totally shocked, tearing me out if my thoughts.
"Oh no... I'm so shocked." I whispered sarcastically, trying to hide a grin.

*Timeskip*
After our little chat was over, Crowley decided to go inside. Yuu ran after him, confronting him about the fact that he was once human.

The rest of the squad was staying outside. The atmosphere felt tense.
Not wanting to deal with what's coming, I hurried after Crowley and Yuu, entering the big mansion.

I sighed quietly as we went through a door, entering a room that looked like a dinning hall.
Since Crowley seemed kind of distracted by a piece of paper, which was lying on the table, Yuu decided to surprise attack him, but failed.

Crowley just blocked his attack with his sword, without looking at Yuu. He knocked Yuu's sword our of his hand, causing it to get stuck in the ceiling.
I giggled at Yuu's dumbfounded expression and sat down on a chair.

"Oh come on! That's not fair. Why are you so strong?" Yuu shouted in annoyance.
"Well, your lack of technique is probably the biggest reason you can't even land a single hit." Crowley explained with a grin.

"Oh and why can Yuna land a hit on you?" Yuu complained and raised his arms, glaring at me.
"She obviously knows proper techniques to fight with her weapon, unlike you. Besides, she's obviously cheating about her kind." Crowley replied bluntly, still staring at the letter.

"Hey! I'm not cheating about my kind. Everyone knows that I'm not quiet human." I complained and crossed my arms, rocking the chair back and forth.
"Then, what are you?" Crowley asked, glancing at me with a curious expression.

"Yuna." Yuu replied, before I could answer and glared at Crowley "She's Yuna. It doesn't matter what she is. So don't call her anything else."

After a few seconds of awkward silence, Crowley sighed.

"Is he always that sensitive?" He asked me, before turning back to the letter in his hand.
I saw this question as rhetoric question and decided not to answer that.

Yuu huffed, before he jumped up and pulled his sword out from the ceiling. The next moment, he attacked Crowley again.

This time Crowley blocked Yuu's sword with the tip of his own.

"See? Waste of movements." Crowley said and put his sword away.

"Damn you are good. Did you train something like swordsmanship and stuff?" Yuu asked and crossed his arms.
"Kind of." Crowley replied.
"Even though you are a vampire?" Yuu muttered confused.
"Back when I was human." Crowley corrected him.

"Seriously. Who were you as a human?" Yuu asked curious and stared at Crowley.
"Hmm... it's been a long time. Are you familiar with history?" The vampire asked.

Yuu just nodded. He is obviously lying about that.
I glanced at Yuu with a concerned expression. As he noticed my look, he placed his index finger in front of his lips, telling me not to say anything about his obvious lie.
I crossed my arms, waiting for Crowley to talk.

"I was a crusader. A knight who fought in a holy war for the sake of god. ...Who's now fallen so far as to become a vampire. It's funny when you think about it, isn't it?" Crowley explained, seeming kind of happy to talk about it.

Yuu was nodding with a dumbfounded expression.
"Yuu... You didn't understand anything of that, right?" I asked with an irritated expression.
"He lied about knowing anything about history?" Crowley asked and crossed his arms.

"You seemed really into it, so I didn't want to interrupt you. Besides." Yuu glared at me with a smirk. "As if Yuna understood anything of it."
"Well... actually I did. Even though, I don't know why. Cause I can't remember anything about my past, but... well I actually know about crusades and the holy war." I replied with a confused expression, as I gazed off into the distance.

"Ugh! Let's forget about that! Just answer my question!" Yuu shouted and pointed at Crowley.
"No. I don't talking to idiots." Crowley mutter offended.

"But there is something not right, about a former human killing humans!" Yuu spoke up with an annoyed expression.
"Are you serious about that Yuu?" I asked, before Crowley could reply.

"What do you mean by that?" He muttered and glanced at me.

"Humans kill other humans too. They kill each other in wars for some stupid reasons. Even without a war, you would hear reports about humans killing other humans every single day. Overall... You said, that it's not okay for a former human to kill humans. But it's okay for a human to kill former humans?" I explained and crossed my arms, glaring at Yuu.

There was silence for a few seconds, before Yuu opened his mouth.

"I hate how I can't win against you." He muttered and crossed his arms, before turning away.

"Anyways. Can you solve this?" Crowley asked and gave Yuu the letter, he held in his hands the whole time.

"What weeps and shrinks when you give it a red head?" Yuu read the letter out aloud "Huh? That's easy. It's a candle."

"Huh?" Crowley looked at him dumbfounded.

Oh my god. I want to take a picture of his expression now! It looks kind of adorable.

"You are amazing!" Crowley said to Yuu and looked for a candle.
Yuu scratched the back of his head, feeling flattered.

"So what is this?" He asked, waving the piece of paper.
"An order from Ferid." Crowley replied, as he walked up to a candle.
"Really? Your orders were a riddle?" Yuu asked confused.

I heard footsteps coming from outside. Looks like the others are finally coming.
"What's wrong?" Yuu asked and looked at me.

"Ah. Nothing. The others are just coming." I replied with a smile.
"Huh? But I don't hear anything." Yuu muttered and crossed his arms.

"Hmm... maybe they are further away than I thought." I mumbled and laughed dryly.
"Are you alright?" Yuu asked, with a worried expression.
"Of course I am. Why shouldn't I?" I replied and smiled at him.

"You look kind of exhausted." He whispered and peered closer to my face.
I starred back at him with a shocked expression.
"Yuna. Your e-"
I reflexive held my breath and pushed Yuu away. A bit too hard.

In that moment the door flung opened and Yuu flew into the group of humans that was about to enter.

"I'm sorry!" I shouted and crossed my arms on the table, hiding my head between them.

"What the heck is going on in here?!" Kimizuki shouted at Yuu who was trying to stand up again.

"I was ignoring Yuna's private space." Yuu replied and rubbed his head in pain.
"You two got close pretty fast in a the past hour." Shinoa mocked with a smirk.

"As if. You are just imagining things Shinoa." Kimi replied and crossed his arms in annoyance.
"What is that? Am I hearing a hint of jealously from you?" Shinoa said with a shocked expression.
"What?" Kimizuki asked bluntly.

"Could it be? ...A love rival?!" Shinoa shouted.

"Oh my god!" I squalled and raised from the chair, really pissed-off "You are so f*cking annoying!" I screamed at her and left the room, without looking back.

I need a break.
