ooo fantastic! usually NightWings have occupations like "assassin" "hunter" "royal guard" thank you for making yours a shopkeeper. :) sounds interesting. my only problem is the name as the names normally represent the dragon's occupation (e.g. "Deathbringer" was an assassin, "Morrowseer" claimed to be a seer and delivered the prophecy, "Quickdeath" in Darkstalker's book was a killer for hire)

hmm.. that's it? no more frens? aww ok. but we don't know anything about Swelter... guess the backstory reveals it

surely some Karen IceWings or other dragons have struck up fights in Shadowshifter's shop...

Abilities/Strengths: Can breath fire and can completely disappear in shadows is a great climber and tracker

ooo yay no "seer/mindreader" hocus pocus which is normally so common. thank you for toning down your OC :) the climber trait I find a bit skeptical given he literally grew up in an active volcano with no where to go or nothing to climb apart from the ledge here or there, but I guess I'll see

Weakness: Not the greatest in claw to claw combat

while this is a fatal weakness, there needs to be more weaknesses to compliment the four strengths you've listed

Backstory: Was born 1 year before the war of Sandwing Succession and lived with his parents until a volcanic eruption killed them and he was left alone. Sfter that he ventured out into the world looking for sanctuary when a Sandwing by the name of Swelter took him in they lived in Possibility for a long while until he decided it was time to say goodbye. Once again he was out in the world learning new things and meeting new people along the way.

I have several questions

1. why did Shadowshifter leave Swelter they sounded like they were doing great together

2. we know nothing about Swelter apart from his tribe and name and that he was in Possibility

3. I thought you said Shadowshifter was a shopkeeper in Possibility? so then why has he left and what does he do now? why'd he leave? 

OVERALL:

This OC is a 7/10

It's great Shadowshifter is toned down, but so many questions have been left unanswered, the backstory is too brief and we know nothing about him in the present. we know he's wandering but where is he now? where does he live and how does he catch prey? who does he meet? why did he leave Swelter if they were content?
