Family.: Mother is Queen Glacier and his father is a random icewing. Someone had a one night standddddd. Ohhhhhh, I'm telling.

Enemies.: Flurry. Icewing at JMA (NOT MY OC)

Abilities.: He has the usual icewing powers, but he has a rare condition called Ice scales. The opposite of fire scales, he had a twin, but sucked all the ice out of him and he was born with too much, causing him to freeze anything he touches.

 Generally I would say this is overpowered but honestly I love it so much and idk why. I am in love with this OC ;^; I guess the only reason im not bashing on it is because just because it isn't canon doesn't mean it can't exist, this is the only IceWing with icescales so far so points for originality, even though it is a knockoff of Firescales it's fine :D

Weaknesses.: he is very vain and has a hard time seeing the good in other dragons. He also never really talks to lower classes then him, so he is very entitled. 

awwww I thought he would've been the first actually cool icewing but eh

Backstory.: when he was born with too much Ice, Queen glacier thought she should off him right there, but she didn't, although she attempted, he lived to tell the tale. From the moment glacier failed to kill him, she thought she should send him away to live somewhere else. When ! I absolutely no one wanted him, she gave up and raised him as her own. Even if she didn't want to. When he was around 7 (human years) he almost drowned by 'accident' his mothers doing, although she will never admit it. Glacier let Neso believe that he was the reason he didn't die. He froze over the lake he almost drowned in. That's what she let him believe, making him very vain and entitled to his power. When he was old enough she sent him as far away as she could. To JMA where he still is very entitled and has trouble making friends.

Glacier can go suck a duck >:C I strongly dislike her for this backstory. I don't get how he became vain due to thinking he was the reason he couldn't die tho. did that make him think he wa too powerful and that's why?

Appearance.: is a very shiny almost a light teal blue, with cerulean undertones. He has a skinny narrow build and proud stance.

POINTS DEDUCTED REASONING: His backstory is great, but a little confusing. Why did he become entitled due to not dying? Is there something im missing? IS THIS A WOOOSH MOMENT??!?!? jk sorry XD also, the icescales thing: it's basically a knockoff of icescales, plus it's op, which got another point deducted, but the reason it's still a high rating is because I still love this character.
