Appearance: They are shades of dark blue and dark gray, and have thick, tough scales. They have icy ocean blue eyes and two medium length horns that curve out word and reach backwards from the head. They use the same aquatic language the SeaWings use so have the markings. They also have a ruff like the RainWings.

Abilities: They can tell when a storm is coming. They can also breathe underwater and see in the dark.

Animus: They kill off any animi that they have, believing that one should not mess with nature like that. However, they do still carry the gene.

Diet: The are carnivores and eat mainly seabirds and fish.

Habitat: They live in tall sea stacks in storm frequented areas

Society: They are a very independent tribe and care little about wars. The current queen is Queen Pufferfish, who has a son, Prince Hurricane.

Other: They are named after their like of storms. Individuals are named after marine life or kinds of storms.
