Appearance: Their scales are anywhere in the range of grayish-blue and slightly shimmery. Their eyes are almost always ocean water blue and they have 3 short horns as well as back ridges. Their claws aren't super sharp, but sharp enough to tear the squishy plants and wildlife they eat.

Abilities: They can shoot water/mist from their mouth like fire. They also have small vents in their tail from which a mist/fog can be released, which has either hypnotizing or paralyzing properties. They have two rare variants of this mist, which are Light Mists and Mistgicians. Light Mists have a mist that glows enough to provide light but not bright enough to hurt their sensitive eyes, and it has no hypnotic or paralyzing powers. Mistgicians are the most common form of the animus gene. Their most does not have paralyzed or hypnotic powers, but it works like animus magic and enchants things that it touches if the Mistgician wants it to. To activate Mistgic, you generally have to say it out loud, but some more advanced or more powerful dragons can call it just by thinking solely about what they are enchanting and the enchantment.

Animus: The do carry the animus gene (passed down from ancient SeaWing ancestors), but it is extremely rare for them to be true animi, instead manifesting into Mistgic.

Diet: They're omnivores, eating both squishy vines and bushes and the frogs and fish in their natural habitat.

Habitat: They live both on land and in the water, and generally in foggy areas.

Society: MistWings are a generally peaceful tribe, but could quickly turn deadly. Their current queen is Queen Lake, who has three children. Prince River, Princess Sprinkle, and Princess Drizzle.

Other: They are named after bodies of water and rain. The tribe is named after the mist they can release from their tails.
