It's been a few hours since what happened with Y/N and Akko. Both of them didn't return to the Academy, which caused their friends to worry about them. Diana decided to talk and ask Professor Ursula for help. After hearing the news, Ursula could no longer hide it and decided to tell her student everything.

After the witch shot him with her wand, the wizard found himself inside some kind of portal. It was clear that even the power of the magic itself wasn't capable of killing him. But despite this, Y/N could still feel such pain that anyone in his place would have cut out their veins.

Y/N: AAAAAAAAAH!!! Frigging bitch!!! Fuck her! I-! GAAAH!!!

A rush of pain spread through his body again and he clutched his body tightly. After that, he felt a strange feeling. It felt like it was... stringy.

Y/N: What the... Fuck?!

Y/N's upper body split into two separate versions of himself. It was similar to a glitching television screen. The wizard looked at his other self and noticed that he was wearing black gloves and looking terribly tired.

Y/N:... What-?

Suddenly, two giant mirrors fell around him. In it, he could see that version of himself better, but, in the second mirror, he looked at another version with a big difference.

In the first mirror, there was his version with gloves. In the second mirror, there was a version of him..., black hair and dark skin.

The complexion of that version was like bronze, a color given by the sun. Y/N realized that the three of them did not have their torsos covered. The three of them had many scars, different, but equally surprising.

The wizard was surprised. He looked into the eyes of both versions of him and could see the same desire in them.

«We just want... a normal life...»

None seemed to enjoy the life they were given.

The powerful wizard raised his hands to touch the two mirrors. To his surprise, the alternate versions of him repeated the action at the same time. The wizard did not understand what this meant. It was the first time he had experienced this event.

Taking a huge deep breath, Y/N began to crawl away from the spot.

Suddenly, he gave up and dropped his head to the ground.

As Y/N closed his eyes, he remembered one of the most memorable moments of his life.

That person offered his hand to him.

He continued panting. The wizard continued to crawl once more along the ground, this time, however, his pain was enough to stop him again.

Wiping his mouth, he crawled to the bench near. He tried to get up by grabbing the seat but felt a terrible pain in his chest, which he grabbed with his left hand.

He panted again.

Gathering the remains of his will, he staggered but managed to sit on the bench. He took a deep breath.

He panted again. Seeking comfort, he closed his eyes and began talking to himself, panting.

He breathed.

He continued panting until he heard something in the distance.
