i do not own any part of the originals universe. all rights in that aspect go julie plec. however, i do own kara mikaelson and any plots that surround her within the originals universe, as well as any characters that i place into her storyline.

this idea came to me last week and i rolled with it so hard. i'm so in love with kara's character and very excited to share this story with you all. this is my first ever attempt at writing a fic for the originals which i'm very keen about. please read with caution as this book with contain mentions of miscarriage and death as well as blood, violence and the works as this is a book about the mikaelson family.

this book will also contain spoilers for another book of mine called 'hard to come by' which surrounds my oc freida mikaelson. freida's book begins in season 3 of the vampire diaries while while kara's begins in season two of the originals so there will be spoilers for freida's book if you happen to be reading that also!
