Day 2
I had snuck out of my room like I did yesterday. Almost at the same time too. Last night at the dinner, Aniston didn't talk to me like I had planned to. It seemed like he was avoiding me, or maybe he just didn't get the message.
Clove had mentioned her room being in the 300 hallway, I think it was room 308. She must have good Wi-Fi then, since that's the room with all the computers and such. Since she talks to Aniston a lot, she must know where his room is.
I go down the main stairs. It's very quiet and still compared to yesterday. All of the other students are fast asleep, probably dreaming about breakfast or something.
I quietly run up the hallway until I spot the room number, which is sketched onto the door messily in permanent marker despite the other rooms still having their number on a small poster. As I go to turn the knob, I am stopped by a sudden entity appearing and opening the door in a swift motion.
"Clara what are you doing here?" A girl named Doris asks in a strict tone. "It's around 7 AM and I can hear you trotting down the hall like a rabid horse!"
"Ok we are in the same classes and you know I'm not that loud." I reply calmly. "Anyway, you're helping Aniston with the cafeteria stuff right?"
"How did you find out about that? She questions suspiciously.
I sigh under my breath. "Clove told me. I need to ask her where his room's at so I can ask him something."
As I attempt to enter the room, she steps in the way to stop me. "You don't need to. He's staying on the cafeteria stage until he can find the principal's keys to unlock more rooms."
"That sounds like a video game quest to me." I say jokingly. "But thanks!"

"What do mean we should have a government?" Aniston asks shockingly.
"We both have been in SGA long enough to know that the absence of government equals chaos!" I say, attempting to act persuasively. "Holly, Cadence, and Ryder are good candidates you know."
"Think about it though." He intervenes. "We have all just escaped from a presence of teachers who have limited us for years. The slightest hint of dominance will cause a negative feedback, maybe even a riot if we are not careful."
"That's the thing." I reply. "The students need a sense of guidance, but not to the point that we seem overpowering. With this community we are beginning to form, we need to make sure that no one is stealing or attacking each other."
"Clara, you are overestimating here. The students might get into a fight, but no one has the right tools to harm each other severely." He states reassuringly.
"Um, last time I checked, pencils are pretty sharp." I warn. "And anyone with a bobby pin can get into the gym supplies. Who knows what all is in there."
Aniston huffs frustratingly. "Fine, if you want a government so badly, you will need to create it on your own."
"Oh ok!" I reply eagerly. "I needed your permission anyhow."
"But why?" He asks confusingly.
"Aren't you in charge of the whole food and medical thing?" I respond sarcastically. "Because taking a big step like that would just make you in charge almost entirely."
Aniston takes a second to think. "I suppose you're right."
