Park and Cait's Day Off
Sadly, Parker couldn't build the TARDIS for two reasons. First: Wells had already given blueprints to Barry. Secondly: Caitlin was free, which meant she needed Parker to plan the wedding with her in what little time they had.
While Cisco, Ronnie and Barry left to the Casa De Genius --as Cisco called his room of tech toys-- to create the time machine, Parker and Caitlin lingered in the Cortex.
"When is this supposed to take place?" Parker asked, suddenly thinking about the time frame, "Like three months?"
"Close," Caitlin responded, wincing, "Three hours."
Parker's eyes widened. She knew it wasn't supposed to be a huge wedding, which lessened the shock, but the things that remained would still have to be terribly rushed.
"And I also don't have a dress," Caitlin mumbled, avoiding Parker's eye completely.
"What?!" Parker shouted, her hand flying to her forehead, "Oh my God. Oh, my.. Okay, I'm a wedding planner, I can do this."
"You're not actually a--" Martin tried to say.
Parker gave a second long screech, cutting him short, "Martin, I'm getting in game mode, don't do that to me."
"Do you still want to help?" Caitlin asked.
"It'd be super shitty of me to back out, of course I do," Parker said in an obvious tone, "Now, grab the keys to the van. We have two hours to stop, then we need to be back here to get ready."

Their first stop was to a local store for flowers and a cake. Caitlin bought two bottles of wine.
The celebration wouldn't be as rewarding as Caitlin pictured. With Parker in charge--who tended to be quite the party person-- she promised she would give Caitlin and Ronnie the best party she could.
Plastic utensils, cups and plates were added the cart, along with party essentials such as a banner that read: Just Married and for Parker's amusement, party poppers.
An hour remained until they needed to be back at S.T.A.R. Labs for preparation.
Parker drove like a maniac to a dress shop halfway across town. Predictably, Caitlin screamed the entire way, fearing for her life.
As always, when Parker pulled to a stop in an open parking space, Caitlin dove out of the car to steady land.
Parker pouted, "You guys seriously have no faith in my driving ability.."
"It's for good reasoning," Caitlin said.
Caitlin ran around the shop, grabbing gowns she could buy right away. She disappeared into the dressing room with five dresses.
Parker sat on the couch in front of the mirror. While she waited for Caitlin to show off the first dress, she worked on the layout of the wedding.
Caitlin already had the spot in mind: on the front lawn near the S.T.A.R. Labs sign.
"Hey, Cait," Parker yelled, "Who do you want to give you away the rings?"
"Cisco and yourself," Caitlin called back.
Parker set up a fast diagram on her notepad. Caitlin and Ronnie were in the middle, Cisco starting the line on the left. He was followed by Eddie and Iris. On the right, Parker was in the front, with Barry behind her and Joe behind him.
"And Martin's going to say all the official stuff?" Parker asked.
"Yes. First one," Caitlin responded, pushing open the door.
It was an ebony color with a sweetheart neckline that puffed out at her hips. Layers of fabric made up the skirt, giving it a Cinderella look.
"Definitely not," Parker said instantly.
"Really?" Caitlin said as she turned back to the mirror, "I liked the neckline."
"All the poof makes you look fat."
"Parker!"
"I'm being honest!" Parker said, raising her hands in surrender, You have to look great on your wedding day, and I'm helping you."
Caitlin sighed, nodding her head, "You're right."
"What?" Parker asked, cupping her hand over her ear, "Did you just say that I'm right?"
Caitlin rolled her eyes and shuffled back into the dressing room to switch dresses. Twenty minutes passed, without Caitlin coming out.
"Do you need assistance?" Parker asked.
"I tried on three that were so unattractive, I can't even show you," Caitlin responded.
In the meantime, Parker called Eddie to invite him to the wedding.
"Hey, buddy--"
"Iris and I are back together," Eddie spit out over her, "We're choosing our own destiny! Parker, make the same choice with Barry, you can, don't be afraid!"
Parker was mildly impressed at how easily they got back together. Then again, when one makes such a connection, it is hard to break free completely.
Nevertheless, she was happy for Iris and Eddie. If she hadn't been planning a wedding, she would have sounded more excited.
"Yeah, yeah, today isn't about us," Parker said, "I'll keep that in mind, though. Be at S.T.A.R. Labs at four o'clock. Bring Iris, while you're at it."
"For what?" Iris shouted, allowing Parker to hear her through the phone.
"Caitlin and Ronnie are finally getting married."
"Whoa, okay," Eddie said, "We'll be there."
"Parker!" Caitlin squealed, throwing open the door.
"Gotta go," Parker said to Eddie, not having to look at Caitlin to know, "She found the dress."
Caitlin couldn't wipe the grin away from her face. As Parker once heard on Say Yes to the Dress, Caitlin was 'glowing.'
"How does it look?" Caitlin squealed.
"You don't look fat, and it covers everything nicely," Parker complimented.
A bell went off in her head. Parker switched from her call log to her video camera, holding up the phone at a grinning Caitlin.
Looking in the mirror to find Parker video taping, Caitlin performed a little spin to show off the beautiful dress.
"Caitlin Snow, do you say yes to the dress?"
"I say yes to the dress."

When the girls arrived back at S.T.A.R. Labs, Caitlin took her dress and the bags from the store into the building. Parker stayed outside, walking around the building until she arrived at the sign.
On her notepad, she scribbled down key points of how the ceremony would go.
Under her breath, she vocalized her thoughts, "Cait will walk down from the garage, Martin will say his speech, then Cisco and I can hand over the rings.. I'll be playing music, but I can pass that off to Barry--"
"Pass what off to Barry?" he asked, slipping across the damp grass from the abrupt stop.
Parker glanced at Barry and gave a smile before turning her attention back to the notepad. Instead of answering, she tilted it closer to him for him to read without her having to say it.
"Sounds nice," Barry complimented, "But I wasn't here to talk about Cait and Ronnie getting married. I wanted to ask you something."
"And I want to ask you something," Parker said, not taking her eyes off her notepad.
Trying to be polite, Barry held out his hand, a gesture for her to go first.
"Can you run to my apartment and grab my radio? It's in the cabinet near the dishwasher. And bring a CD case titled, 'Sucks to Suck' for me as well."
"'Sucks to Suck?'" Barry repeated in confusion
"It's a CD my brother made for me. Comprised of songs that were meant to be uplifting. I'm sure I'll find a good wedding song."
"Okay, I will," Barry said, "But what I wanted to ask was if--"
Parker sighed, finally meeting his eyes. Sounding rightfully stressed, she said, "I really want to hear what you have to say, but I don't have time right now. The wedding starts in an hour. I don't have any time to spare.." Parker stopped, her eyes widening, "Especially if I'm going to fit in Googling poses for wedding pictures! Damn. Remind me to never plan a wedding again."
Parker dragged her pen from the paper, starting to march back through the grass to S.T.A.R. Labs without another word to him.
Staring after her, Barry locked his hands behind his neck, releasing a loud groan, "First chance at getting her back.. And I failed."
