Shigure had stopped visiting after saying those words to Kira. However, it was not as if Kira cared, because at the moment, she knew that the relationship between them was something that did not need to be focused on with the current changes around them.

Her heart was sore, but because the days were going by fast and it was rendering Kira to slowly succumb to the reality. The bond was weakening and it was taking a toll on her and it made her wonder if it was doing the same for Akito.

It was always odd-between the pair, that had not been unnoticed. Ever since they were young, Kira always knew when one of the members was near. Then when it came to the birth of the younger ones, Kira had known.

Akito would always say that it was the special part in her and it was the reason she fought so hard for Kira to also be the head, because she was special. The elder twin had been envious at times that her sister was able to know these things, however, not once did it cause Akito to hold any grudge over her.

It eventually became something the twins never pointed out, because Akito had often remarked to Kira that she'd be uncomfortable always feeling when they are near, not being able to rest easy.

Kira grunted in pain as she felt something pulsate within her heart. She knew this feeling-she knew it so well.

Unable to contain the fear within, Kira got up from her hospital bed and ripped out her IV.

Since it was late at night, most of the nurses on duty were normally in their lounges. So, Kira was able to slip past without anyone knowing.

Kira however, did not reach her destination since the Main Estate was miles away, so instead she found herself in a empty street on her knee's crying.

"Momiji" Kira whimpered as she hit her fist on the floor. She wanted to be happy for him, but it was unbearably lonely that is physically hurt her.

"Master Kira?" Kira flinched hearing a faint voice behind her," Ma-Master Kira?!" The voice grew as hasty footsteps followed," What are you-"

Kira's fist released as she slowly got up and turned to the maid, Sama.

"S...Sama" Kira let out a whine, seeking any warmth regardless of who it was. She reached over pulling the worried maid in her arms and cried. Sama had not known what to do, except just accept the embrace and hold Kira.

"Please...please can you" Kira whispered before pulling back," can you do with my selfish request?"

Sama hesitated before nodding, owing Kira after the incident with the Cat's Room. With the uproar, Sama's position or her father's care was not discarded.

In fact, because of Kira saying that she used the secondary key she had of the Cat's room, there was no connections that led to Sama's involvement with the incident.

"I owe you, so of course, Master Kira" Sama voiced making Kira pull back and smile at her.

'Thank you so much, Sama" The maid smiled back and helped Kira onto her feet," I need you to hide me for a couple days. I will try to explain what I can"

Sama's eyes widened at the request and as much as she wanted to reconsider agreeing, she saw the look in Kira's eyes that just told her she couldn't turn her away.

"Of course," Sama nodded before removing her overcoat and placing it on Kira's shoulder," Forgive me...Master...erh...I mean is it Madam..." The maid whispered buttoning the coat. Kira held the coat tight but realized that it was useless hiding the secret at this point.

"Looks like I have a little more to tell you," Kira stated
