"I-I do-don't know what to do .. WHAT DO I DO?" Jean cried out in horror as was shakily kneeled beside what was left of Marco, his hands trying to shove some of Marco organs back inside his body that was mostly blown to bits. 

"S-She's breathing! S-Sh-she's breathing" Ymir cried out from where they found Christa body, Christ was covered in scrapes and burns but no real injures unlike Ymir who was missing her left arm. 

"W-We'll take over, you need to get medical treatment otherwise she'll wake to find you dead" Reiner yelled back, kneeling on the other side of Christa, he was the one doing CRP on Christa when they first found her not breathing.

"C-Come, we've ripped capes to use for bandages" Eld weakly spoke, pulling Ymir away. 

"Stay still" Gunther snapped back as he was using their make shift badged around Connie thigh where a chunk of wood took out. 

"It hurts" Connie snapped back, his hands shaking in fists as pained tears filled his eyes. 

"He'll be fine, just a head wound but he'll live" Sasha called out after she wrapped Eren forehead from one of the took breaking apart and whacking him in the head. He was alive but just knocked out. Sasha herself just had a scratch to her cheek and hand but mostly fine, She was just blown out of the cart and hit the ground hard proving she might have a bruise on her back later. 

"Oh god, I'm so sorry .. I didn't mean too ... please! Oluo wake up" Petra sobbed as she tried shaking Oluo limp body, a broken off tool took out a huge chunk of his neck and he bled out without seconds. 

"J-Jean, he's gone" Mikasa weakly spoke, kneeling beside Jean who was still calling out for help, wrapping her arms around him as she slowly pulled him back for Marco destroyed body. 

"B-But ... H-He's dead" Jean sobbed, clinging to Mikasa like a child to his mother and just crying all his pain out. 

"I'm sorry .. he was too young to die, he was too good for this world" Mikasa whispered, her eyes staring back to what was left of Marco as she stayed holding the breaking down Jean. 

"Urg, What happened" Christa weakly spoke, bring a hand to her forehead as Reiner slowly helped her to sit up.

"Welcome to the land of hell, it's good to have you breathing back but try to take it easy why we sort everyone out" Reiner grinned, trying to keep the mood calm and at ease since only a handful of them knew what happened. Levi and Mikasa passed it on before  they all tried helping those who were bleeding out or stopped breathing.

"Let me take over Mikasa" Armin whispered as he placed a hand on his friend shoulder, kneeling down and ready to comfort Jean to give Mikasa break. After all, the two Ackerman's had been helping them all since they woke up, the two had been handling this issue without a problem. 

"Are you sure? You should rest a little more, I'm not badly hurt and can keep going on" Mikasa replied unsure, glancing to Armin who had one of the makeshift bandages around his head, around his right thigh and one on his right hand. He got faced with a lot of the wood splitters during the explosion.

"I've rested enough, you need some rest .. everyone is mostly patched up now. Even Hanji and Moblit are done by now and I'm sure Captain Levi still want's to check you over" Armin smiled sweetly, nodding to where Hanji and Moblit was finished being treated by Levi. 

Hanji had a makeshift bandage over her left eye, a couple cuts and scratches on her hands and chin but nothing more. Moblit had a makeshift bandage over his left shoulder, bandages wrapped around his chest as he was wracked by a spade but thankfully he was just badly bruised and had a deep cut on his shoulder.  

Mikasa gave a silent nod, moving with care to place Jena in Armin open arms. Standing up once Jean clutched to Armin, sobbing away still. Thankfully Jean, Petra, Eld and Gunther was mostly untouched, a decent distance away from the explosion when it happened and at most they had a small graze or forming bruises. 

She looked over at  the mess, they could fix up the third cart at most, replacing the front wheels with the ones left from the first cart. Break down the wooden seat of the third cart and have the drivers sit on the edge of the cart to control the horses or sit on the horses pulling it along. 

She pulled her cape off, stepping forward and kneeling down by Marco once more before using her cape to cover him. A frown on her lips over this wasted life, two wasted lives now they found Oluo. She looked to the rest, somehow Eld had made Ymir stop from bleeding to death  and Gunther had fixed up Connie the best he could. Sasha was collecting food with Petra, well Petra was just staring mindlessly at a patch of grass while Sasha did all the work. 

She stood up once more, walking towards Hanji and Moblit who was speaking with Levi, clearly thinking over what to do next. Mikasa passed Reiner who had already helped Christa to walk over Ymir, leaving Eld to pass on the news over what happened. 

"Reiner, do you think you care the wheels from the first cart .. see if they'll fix on the third or we have any tools to help us do that" Mikasa asked as she tapped Reiner shoulder before he walked past fully, making him turn to face her in case he still had the ringing in his ears like before. 

"I'll take a look, you might need to be the one to give me a hand. The others aren't in the right minds to help or are fit enough to help" Reiner replied with a frown, rubbing the back of his head as he glanced around at their fellow comrades, noticing they were all either wounded, breaking down or freaking out in their own way. 

"I'll help, come find me once you look everything over. If we can swap the wheels than we might be able to get out of here sooner than later" Mikasa sighed, a little hopeful over them being able to leave quicker if they fix up the carter. 

Reiner just nodded, holding the same hope before walking off and starting to look over the wheels and look for any tools useable to swap the wheels over. Arming helping to calm Jean down and distracting him from the pain over losing a friend by checking over any odm gear that wasn't broken in pieces.  Christa was speaking with Ymir and Connie, trying to distract them both from any pain they felt themselves. Eren still knocked out and left to lay out of the way, his cape draped over his like a blanket. Eld and Gunther talking among themselves, not looking happy and finally taking a moment to take in everything that happened. 

Mikasa carried on her way towards Levi, placing a hand on his shoulder once she finally reached him. Levi turned to her, a bit of relief to see her since they haven't had a moment together since they started finding the others.

First Levi finding Hanji and trying to fix her up before dealing with her panic as she woke up, begging for Moblit to be found. Levi finding Moblit, dragging his body over and fixing him up before Hanji why explaining was what happening. 

Mikasa finding Marco first and almost throwing up at the sight before finding Armin and waking him up. She rushed over to Christa and started the CPR while Amin took over as she looked for others. She found Reiner, sending him to help Armin before she found Eren and dragged him a safe distance back. Levi got Eld and Gunter to help once waking them, Petra was wide awake and crying her eyes out as she kept apologizing over and over. Sasha woke up, crawling to the rest with a crying out in pain Connie beside her. Jean waking up and finding Marco, just as Petra soon found Oluo dead body. 

It was a complete mess, neither Mikasa and Levi crossed each other path as they sorted out all the mess. It was a peaceful moment just to stand still and look at the other and know they were okay and safe. No hidden injures to be seen or fateful wounds taking their lives why they were busy. 

They were both alive, both safe and both right here. 

"We need to head back to the walls but we need time before we head out. We don't have enough horses left for everyone and we don't even have enough to ride double" Levi sighed as he ran a hand through his hair, using his free hand to grab Mikasas and tighten his grip needing her strength right now. 

"Reiner gone to check if we can swap the front wheels from the first cart to the third, Armin and Jean checking to see who's gear would still work. We'll be able to use the cart to carry back those who can't or shouldn't be walking around. Soon know the number of gear that works and hopeful someone of us can use it towards any titans heading our way. We have five horses left, three  horses will pull the cart and the other two .. we can use for those to carry double" Mikasa spoke up her findings, giving Levi hand a squeeze to remind him he's not alone and she was right here beside him. Both of them safe, both alive .. both right here. 

"That's good to hear but we might take one horse. Send someone back to the walls, warn them over what happened and get doctors ready for our return. Get word to Erwin and maybe have another squad of survey corps sent out to collect the rest of us who's still heading back" Hanji mumbled as she played with the ends of her hair, it was no longer in a messy pony tail but let lose due to the hairband breaking.

"We've just been deciding on who we'll send. It should be someone who can ride without any fear of passing out and smart enough to ride around any titans. We also can't risk sending you or Levi since you're our best fighters" Moblit added as he lifted his head, giving a sorry look to Levi since he knew the captain wanted Mikasa somewhere safe already. 

"I can't believe I'm going to say this but Sasha. We might need her scent of smell but she can ride quick and can use her hunting instincts to avoid a titan if needed. She's one of the only ones left unharmed dangerous at least. The rest .. I'm not sure they'll last and well, we need the rest of Levi squad to help defend the injured as well" Mikasa spoke her thoughts, looking to Moblit who was thinking over her words and looking around.

"She might be right. Ymir and Connie are not fit enough to ride solo back to the horse. Christa and Armin would panic if we sent them alone, they would worry for us and second guess their actions. Eren is still out cold and Jean is .. well he's not in the right mind to pin our lives fate in his hands. Eld and Gunther are fine mostly and Petra just freaking out but we could use them to take care of us who's injured. Than Reiner, he's a big guy and won't back down from a fight not even with a titan. Sasha is our best bet" Moblit agreed, adding his points and findings to the mix.

"I agree, she's the best pick of those we have left. It was either going to be her or Reiner. Even if Eren wakes up, we can't just send him rushing out until we know his head injury is okay" Hanji sighed, taking hold of Moblit hand as she wasn't enjoying being the leader during this event. 

"I'll pass on the orders, YOU stay sitting down and rest" Levi said, glancing towards Sasha who placed a pile of food into a sack and placing it down by the third cart. He glared towards Hanji, making it clear she had to stay still and rest a little bit longer even while he was gone. 

"I'll check up on Reiner, see if we'll have luck with the third cart and than go check with Armin over our gear" Mikasa muttered as she looked to Levi who gave a small nod.

"Just don't push yourself either, take a breather if you need it" Levi softly ordered, meeting with Mikasa gaze and showing his soft side to her and her alone.

"I will, just make sure to follow your own advice" Mikasa smirked back, lifting their joint hands before kissing the back of his hand before releasing it.

"I'm a captain, we don't get rest" Levi huffed back before the two walked away towards their different targets.
