"First kiss" Mikasa repeated with a raised eyebrow, it was the night before the Expedition they had all been training for in the past month.

They should all be tucked away in bed and getting an early night, getting as much sleep and rest as they could before the long and harsh day of leaving the walls and facing titans. But all of them were wide awake, they sat in the main building, using one of the meeting rooms that Mikasa helped to unlock without any key. 

All of them having a warm cuppa as Captain Levi and Captain Hanji wondered in, neither being able to sleep much and even Erwin, Mike and Moblit wondered in before they all decided on making a cuppa and just relax as much as they could. All agreeing to head to bed after they finished their drink. 

"Yeah, let's talk about our love lives or what type of love life we would want for those who's never had one" Sasha answered with an excited grin, giving a pity look as she glanced to Mikasa who raised an eyebrow, did everyone really think she never had a love life or at least knew about them. 

"I'm in! My first kiss was with the baker daughter in my village when I was seven and she was eight. Yep, dated her for a whole week and got a free cupcake when she dumped me" Connie smirked, rather proud over his first kiss and his first girlfriend, clearly loving the bit over gaining a cupcake more than dating. 

"I stole it from my babysitter, she was the daughter of my mother friend, twice my age and I stole a kiss cheekily. My mother and her friend wouldn't stop awing and cooing over my actions and it took years for them to forget about it" Jean guilty admitted as he hid his face in his hands, the other's looking at him surprised as they thought he'll be first to admit never having a first kiss but they were wrong. He just felt embarrassed over it. 

"I haven't had mine, I want to fall in love with someone I would marry and than I'll give them my first of everything" Marco spoke without any shame, the other's just staring at him like he was an innocent monk .. in a sense, he was.

"Ymir stole my kiss during our training days" Christa grumbled as she glared towards Ymir who gave a smug look. 

"She wasn't my first but she's gonna be my last" Ymir smirked without any shame as the others rolled their eyes.

"Haven't had mine either, was busy helping my pa with the shop to actually start any relationships and thank I joined up as a soldier and well .. you weren't technically allowed to do anything sexual with a fellow student, even holding hands were against the rules remember" Reiner sighed as he crossed his arms. 

"I was curious over kissing and just randomly grabbed a boy passing by and stole a kiss. He was a couple years older but I was a curious child and I finished my experiment. Felt bad for the poor guy, I don't remember his face anymore or ever learnt his name ... don't think he even went to the same school as me if I'm honest" Hanji mumbled back, rubbing her chin as she tried thinking over the past and how it went with her first kiss but it was a blur of a memory by now. 

Moblit stayed silent, lifting his hand before shyly pointing to Hanji, a blush forming over his cheeks as he admitted that she was his first kiss, second and many since. Hanji gave a proud laugh, rubbing the back of her hair.

"I think I kissed a boy when I was ten, he still thought cooties were a real thing and only girls gave them out. But he wouldn't stop crying over not having a first kiss and so I kissed him. In truth, Hanji and Mike kissed me out of their own curiosity .. I might need to find a love life" Erwin muttered, his eyes growing panic as he's never had a real meaningful kiss and just been kissed to help others. 

Mike stayed silent, stretching his arm and pointing towards Erwin who wasn't looking at him. The rest of the table stayed silent, just nodding as they took in the information just given to them. Ymir high fiving Mike while Sasha gave a thumbs up.

"Eren" Armin admitted in defeat, a shy blush over his cheeks as he pointed to his childhood friend with his thumb. 

"You agreed with it, stop being so embarrassed over a simple kiss. We both promised if we didn't gain a relationship or first kiss by the time we were thirteen we'll kiss each other. We're were both thirteen and about to sign up, I keep my word. You welcome" Eren huffed back with pride, not mattered that his first kiss was from keeping his word with his childhood friend.

"Moving on before a fight breaks out between them and everyone starts rethinking their life choices. How about I say mine next, my first kiss was with Connie, everyone thought I wouldn't kiss someone for food but you were wrong" Sasha spoke up with a prideful look in her eyes as she glanced around, everyone silently judging her. 

"O-Okay, moving on from that as well. Um Captain Levi, do you wish to go next?" Marco nervously smiled, glancing to Levi and missing out on Mikasa since they were all certain she missed out on that part of life.

"I don't remember, it happened and I didn't care over such things. Someone stole it from me and I don't see them as important enough to give a second thought" Levi answered unbothered, his arms crossed and the other's just gave weak nods, this fun chat about first kisses or dreams of their first kiss wasn't as fun as they hoped. 

"Mikasa, how would you want your first kiss?" Eren asked with a friendly smile as Mikasa rolled her eyes.

"I've had my first kiss" Mikasa answered coldly, a little annoyance over the other's faith in her love life.

Four years ago..

"First kiss" Mikasa asked with her head tilted to the side from where she stood behind the sofa, ready to head out and deliver some of the money for helpers. She was eleven, Isabel only living with them for three months now. 

"Didn't you ever have one?" Isabel asked as she sat on her knees, leaning over the edge of the back of the sofa as she stared at Mikasa who stood behind the middle seat of the sofa, Levi to her right.

"Mother told me to only kiss someone I truly love and would always want in my life. She says my first kiss will be given someone special at the time and my last kiss will be given to the one I'll hold an eternal love with" Mikasa answered innocently, Levi glancing over his shoulder surprised that Mikasa believed such words even after the  two years she's been living in the underground. 

"You believing that bullshit?" Levi asked, meeting with Mikasa gaze as she turned to look at him.

"Of course she does because she's smart and not just grumpy like you" Furlan huffed back as he came walking towards Mikasa, her shawl in his hands.

"Don't you believe in loving someone so much that you'll do anything to keep them safe, to keep them happy. Don't you want to spend the rest of your life with someone who you never wish to live without again?" Mikasa asked softly, just staring at Levi who kept her gaze. 

"Why can't I just live as I am now, I'm happy like this" Levi answered gently, just looking at Mikasa who curiously stared at him. 

"Hmm, you'll be loved by someone as much as we love you" Mikasa muttered back with a sweet smile, patting Levi head a little. 

"Aww, I can hear wedding bells" Isabel squealed, finding the small moment adorable.

"You're going to look after Levi for me, to forever love him even we you grow bigger. We can trust him to you, you'll protect his heart for us .. right?" Furlan smiled sweetly as he kneeled down, opening up Mikasa shawl and placing it over her shoulders to make sure she'll stay warm when she goes out. 

Mikasa bit her lip a little, glancing over to Levi who kept an arm over the back of the sofa and shifted his body a little to look at her better. Waiting for her answer and feeling rather amused over her having to think about it. 

"I'll love him forever, if he doesn't find his special someone than I'll just be his important person" Mikasa answered honestly, determined to keep her word making Furlan just smile at her while Isabel awed over it. 

"So, first kiss is by someone special and the last kiss is by the one you'll spend the rest of your life loving" Furlan asked as he wrapped the shawl around mikasa a little bet, crossing the ends over and tucking her in.

"That's what my mother said" Mikasa agreed, nodding her head before having Furlan scoop her up in his arms, making him spin on the spot as he held her up. 

"Well, I'll take that honour as the first" Furlan grinned, giving Mikasa a quick peck on the lips as she just blinked, the shock taking over.

"But now you won't live with me forever" Mikasa pouted as Furlan chuckled, placing her down.

"But I'll always be special to you, now finding the one who'll give you your last kiss is up to you. I'm sure you'll find them one day and you'll never regret loving them" Furlan smiled sweetly, tucking some of Mikasa lost stands of hair behind her ear. 

"Well, I want to be always close to your heart .. come on" Isabel smirked, hopping over the sofa and scooping Mikasa up before giving her a quick peck, laughing over Mikasa unamused look and slight disgust.

"You haven't passed my respectful level yet" Mikasa coldly answered just making Isabel laugh more, placing her down.

"But I'll be close to your heart forever and ever just like Furlan" Isabel teased as she walked away with Furlan towards the kitchen to help make them a cup of tea while Mikasa headed out. 

Mikasa stayed silent, a confused look on her face as she glanced to Levi before glancing down to her shawl that got a little crimple over having both Isabel and Furlan scoped her up. Levi raised an eyebrow, wondering what was going on in her little head before pushing himself up from the sofa. Walking around before kneeling down before her.

"You'll find that person to love, they'll be honoured to have you love them and I'll make sure they love you so much that it hurts" Levi whispered as he grabbed the ends of Mikasa shawl, pulling on it a little to cover her better.

"I meant what I said before" Mikasa mumbled shyly as she glanced away.

"You say a lot" Levi reminded as he raised an eyebrow towards her as she turned back to him. 

"You won't ever be alone either, I'll always be with you" Mikasa whispered, stealing a kiss from Levi before running out of the hat as he just knelt there, taking in what just happened.

"Tsk, didn't I say that's my line brat" Levi sighed, placing his palm to his forehead. 

Back to the present..

"You don't mind over a first kiss, you're more interested in the last kiss?" Armin replied surprised.

"As long as it stays my last, I'm rather happy with it" Mikasa innocently answered as her classmates stared at her. 

Mike, Moblit and Hanji all glancing to Levi who's hand was suddenly placed over his cheeks and nose, hiding a blush that grew across from his cheeks over her words. The three now understanding who Mikasa last kiss was with ... now they understood why neither of the two tried dating, they were already stuck with someone.
