I had to say I was way past feeling the effects of alcohol now and so was everyone else, we'd jumped and danced around. People had hoped on karaoke and the party was starting to die down, couple of people had gone to bed but the rest were still dancing about to stupid songs. I was sat down at the bar having a conversation with Bucky when I let out a yawn,

"You want to head up darling?" he asked as I nodded and looked at everyone around us, I need to say goodnight. Would it look weird if we went upstairs together? No way, everyone is way too drunk.

"I just need to say goodnight to everyone" I told him as I jumped off my chair and towards Nat, Sam and Steve. Thankfully Sharon wasn't around so it looked like he was actually socialising. Hey guys. I'm going to head up to bed now so goodnight." I told them, sending a smile their way.

"Goodnight my little pumpkin, sleep well" Sam slurred as he hugged me and I chuckled. Pumpkin, where did that come from?

"Night Arielle. I'll see you in the morning" Nat smiled as her and Sam continued dancing,

"You want me to walk you up?" Steve asked as none other than Sharon appeared at his side,

"No I'm OK. Bucky's tired too so he's going to walk me up" I smiled at him as I pulled him into a hug, sort of pushing Sharon off him,

"Night" she muttered as I walked over to Tony, Rhodey and Clint who were all on the karaoke machine, I gestured sleeping to them and they all waved, not wanting to stop singing and I laughed to myself as I approached Thor and Loki who were sat down on the sofa, talking.

"Hey guys, I'm heading up now. Just wanted to come and say goodnight and thank you for coming" I smiled as Thor and Loki stood up,

"Please, the pleasure was all ours Arielle. We'll have to get you in to train with us sometime" Thor replied as he pulled me into a hug,

"Yes, definitely! Good night Arielle" Loki added as I turned around on my heel and walked over to the lift where Bucky already was and he sent me a small smile, 

"You ready?" I asked as we we got in and started to ascend to the floor where our bedrooms were, "Have you had fun tonight?

"Yeah I have. You know what has been the best part about tonight?" he questioned as I shook my head, "I got to kiss you in front of everyone. I had the most gorgeous girl in the room show everyone that she's attracted to me" he smirked as I bit my lip and smiled at him. In one smooth movement Bucky turned my body to face him and pushed me against the lift wall, "I warned you about that" he muttered as I smiled

"What're you going to do about it?" "Pancakes, we didn't think anyone else was up so there's only enough for us. I can whip you some up if you'd like" I smiled at him as Sharon came into sight behind him,

"I knew you were staff, offering to make us pancakes that's so cute" she chuckled as I let out a fake laugh, "Is that a man's top?" I looked down to see I was still in Bucky's t-shirt.

"I think it is, didn't even realise you pull it off that good" Bucky chimed in, you my handsome man, are a knight in shining armour.

"Anyway thanks for the offer but we'll make our own pancakes Arielle" Steve smiled as he walked into the kitchen and began to get some ingredients out, "You guys have a good night last night?"

"Yeah. The best, end of the night was definitely my favourite" I chuckled as I sent a side glance to Bucky whilst dishing out our pancakes. "Though I have to admit, you all surprising me with Clint was amazing."

"Oh is Clint like your boyfriend or something?" Sharon pried as as grabbed cutlery,

"No he's like an older brother or uncle" I explained, as I handed Bucky his pancakes,

"Oh I should've guessed. Clint's much too good for you" Sharon said and Bucky threw his plate down and shot a glance at Sharon,

"Are you going to let her speak to Elle like that?" he growled at Steve who was weighing ingredients,

"She's only joking, aren't you Sharon?" Steve said as he looked over at Sharon,

"Of course" she smiled as I glared at her,

"Come on Buck. Let's just go eat our pancakes" I mumbled as we sat at the dining room table, "hey don't let her get to you" I told him as we got out of ear shot of Steve and Sharon.

"It just annoys me that he let's her say stuff like that" he defended as I nodded,

"I know babe, but she's irrelevant. Steve will come round, don't worry" I soothed as we began eating and making small talk, as Steve and Sharon came over with their food Bucky got up and went to clear the kitchen.

"What's his problem?" Sharon questioned as I got up and ignored her, following Bucky. "Rude."

"Hey hey hey, come on. Don't let her ruin this day" I smiled as I placed a kiss on his lips and he smiled,

"I won't... How about we go on a date today? I can take you to the chinese buffet you wanted to go to" he offered as I nodded,

"I'd love that" I admired his face for a moment, it was times like this where I appreciated Bucky the most. He always looked so good and it was effortless, his hair wasn't done, he didn't have a serious face, he was just there... Smiling down at me like an idiot. 

"How does 6 o'clock sound? I'll even come pick you up" he chuckled as I nodded, "You OK with going out on the bike? We can take a car if you'd like."

"Absolutely we'll take the bike!" I gleamed as I began to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I felt a slap on my arse. Bucky Barnes, Steve is about ten metres away! I glanced over my shoulder and smirked at him.

"I'm just going to clear everything up here. I'll see you soon" I pecked his lips as he walked off to the stairs, to go get ready. I began to clean the things I used to make pancakes along with Steve's as he'd not yet cleared it away so I may as well be helpful. I'd finished washing everything and I was just wiping down the sides when Sharon came in and threw me a look. I decided to ignore her and an awkward silence feel among us whilst she looked through cupboards,

"So... You and Bucky are close" she made conversation, probably prying. I nodded,

"Yeah he's great" I said as I dried the work top and went to leave,

"It's so cool that you're OK with sloppy seconds" I froze, just walk away Arielle. You don't need her winding you up. Just continue walking. "You know everyone said it was me who was the eager one with Bucky but that drunken night we spent together. I'll never forget it, that man knows how to turn people on" she added. Wait, Bucky and Sharon have slept together? "But like I said, it's so cool you're not bothered about sloppy seconds" I heard her leave the kitchen and I stood there for a moment. Bucky and I hadn't ever spoken about past relationships before other than Dan, is that why Bucky didn't like her? Did she leave him for Steve? I walked over to the stairs and jogged up them towards my room, do I mention it to him? Would it just cause unnecessary drama? As I made it up to the floor my room was on Wanda was at my door.

"I didn't realise you were up Arielle! How're you?" she asked, "Hold up... What's happened?" Ah yes, she mind reads, duh!

"Did you know Bucky and Sharon have slept together?" I asked as she shook her head and we entered my room,

"Not as far as I was aware of, who told you?"

"Sharon did. Came in saying it was cool I was having her sloppy seconds" I admitted as I grabbed my training gear and placed them on my bed.

"If Sharon said it then chances are it could be a lie. Are you going to ask him about it?" Wanda questioned as I pulled on my gym shorts and took my top off,

"I don't know. Will it seem weird if I just outright ask? How do you just casually drop that into conversation, you know?" I turned around and took my bra off, slipping into my sports bra.

"I think just mention Sharon spoke to you and say what she said, let yourself hear it from the horse's mouth. Sharon was horrible last night and if she does still like Bucky then-"

"Still like? Did they actually have a thing?" I pushed as I put my socks on and slid on my trainers,

"I know a while back she did like him, didn't hear anything else about it but the group was tense for weeks. No one knows what happened, Steve and Bucky didn't speak for a month. Sharon dropped off the face of the earth and she's only just come back now, it's been abou a year since that happened" Shit. That definitely sounds like that happened. Great. What if Bucky was doing this to get back at Sharon? What if he still liked her? "STOP overthinking things Arielle!" Wanda warned as I chuckled slightly,

"Guess the only way I'll find out is if I ask Buck. I'm training with him now and we've actually got a date sort of thing tonight. Wish me luck!" I laughed as I put Bucky's top in the wash basket,

"Oh so you're like properly dating now! I'm so happy for you" she smiled as she got up and walked out of my room with me, "You given any more thought as to what powers you may have? Obviously you managed to lift Thor's hammer so that's got to make you pretty damn strong."

"I have absolutely no idea yet. I am kind of excited to find out though, my Mother is the Goddess of War and from reading about her she was extremely powerful. If I can even live up to a quarter of her I'll be happy" I laughed. Eventually Wanda and I went our separate ways and I found myself in the training room before Bucky was here. 

"Just in time doll" I heard from behind me as I turned around and was greeted with the most gorgeous face I ever did see, "You ready?" he asked as I smirked,

"Question is... Are you?" I chuckled as he ran at me, he took a swing which I gladly ducked under, before jumping up and returning the attack. Much to my dismay it was blocked and I was pushed backwards, stumbling slightly as I regained my balance. Bucky came at me once more and I'd learnt from last time if I go to attack him straight away it'll be blocked, so I focused on defence. I rolled out of the way of him, dodging multiple hits before kicking his leg, causing him to stumble back. I then took no time in swinging my leg around towards his chest which sadly was caught before it reached him. He pushed my leg away from him and I used the momentum of my turn to spin fully around, kicking him from the other side which he didn't see coming. A grunt escaped his mouth as I smiled and readied myself for his next attack. 

"You'll regret that darling" he chuckled as he swung for my legs, I didn't move in time and I dropped to the ground, Bucky immediately on top of me, holding me down. I strained against him but was unable to move, "What's wrong babe? "OK OK, I messed that one up a little" I admitted with a laugh,

"Just a little" he smiled as he stood up and held his hand out to help me up, I gladly took it and was pulled to my feet.

"Can I ask something Buck?" I questioned as I threw hits at him, each one being blocked before I swung my arm and he caught my fist,

"Go for it doll" I chopped his arm that was holding my fist, causing him to let it go as I continued to throw punches. Eventually as his guard was down I hit him in the face and he stumbled back, "What happened with the whole Sharon thing?" He got his balance and came at me from down low, I jumped to avoid it but was a second too late as he caught me and I fell on my face, his knee immediately placed on my back to keep me down.

"What do you mean?" he asked as I threw my arm back, twisting my body as his knee fell down, I got up with no problem at all and wrapped my arm around his neck,

"Like why do you hate her so much?" I asked, Bucky's arms reached over his head and grabbed under my armpits and he threw me forward and over his head, I landed on my back with a thud and my arms were pinned down my his hands,

"I just don't like her" he shrugged. I pulled my legs up, grabbing his head between my thighs and using my body to pull him over, I released him once he had gotten halfway to ensure my legs didn't get trapped and he rolled out of the fall, standing up away from me as I jumped to my feet.

"But what's the reason?" I asked once more as he turned around to face me,

"Truth is she tried it on with me awhile ago, I turned her down because Steve was into her and she's not my type. There was a bit of a bust up with Steve and I. When I told him he didn't believe me, we didn't speak for a long time and we were both quite hostile to each other. She ended up admitting that she lied and Steve stopped speaking to her, it's only recent she's popped back up again. Why'd you ask?"

"Oh nothing I was just wondering" I lied as he tilted his head at me and squinted his eyes,

"No. There's something else, what's happ-"

"JAMES" an angry Steve stormed into the training room, Jesus I don't think I've ever heard Steve call him James, "What the fuck are you playing at man?"

"What's up?" Bucky as steve stormed over to him before throwing a punch, Bucky, unsuspecting that his friend would punch him flew back,

"Steve what the fuck?" I growled as I ran over to Bucky who sat up, holding his now bleeding nose,

"After all we went through last time you tried to sleep with Sharon last night?" Hold up. What? "She told me everything. I can't fucking believe you!" he spat as Nat, Sam, Wanda, Vision and Sharon ran in after him.

"Steve I have no idea what you're on about!" Bucky exclaimed as Steve began to walk over to us, I stood up and in the way of Bucky.

"Back off Rogers" I warned as Steve pushed me to the side out of the way, I landed on my hand and hissed in pain,

"Leave her the fuck alone Steve. I don't know what you're on about?" Bucky retaliated as he got up and walked over to me, I watched Steve come up and grab his shoulder, twisting him around before hitting him once more, causing Bucky to fall beside me.

"She told me you went to her room Buck. How you came onto her, I thought you were better than this" Nat ran over and got in front of Steve,

"Walk away Steve" she hissed at him as Steve shook his head,

"I didn't go to her room last night Steve" Bucky said as he stood up and walked towards him, the only thing between them was now Nat, "She's trying to cause trouble like she did last time. Do you not remember her lying about that?"

"Except this time she's not. You left your fucking top in her room" he replied. It was literally impossible for Bucky to have been there last night, he was with me. "Explain yourself!" he shouted as he moved Nat out of the way, Nat went to grab him but he grabbed her arms and pushed her into Sam who was approaching them. Fuck this shit. I glanced over at the group to see Sharon smirking in the back, this bitch wanted to cause drama. 

"I wasn't there" Bucky threw a punch at Steve who tumbled backwards onto the floor, Bucky turned around and looked at me, worry in his eyes. "Are you OK?" he asked as he came over to me and helped me up.

"Yeah I'm OK" I told him, a quick glance over his shoulder allowed me to see Steve running at him. I pushed Bucky to the side with all my might and swung my leg up, my foot colliding with Steve's face as he stumbled down.

"He wasn't in her fucking room Steve" I growled as he looked at me and shook his head,

"You don't know that Arielle" he mumbled as he rubbed his jaw and went to walk towards Bucky again. Here goes nothing.

"Yes I do" I announced as I blocked his pathway, Steve froze and looked at me, "Because I was with Bucky last night" and just like a fucking chick-flick I heard the gasps from the group. So much for being on the DL,

"W-What?" Steve stuttered as he stepped back from me, "He could've done it when he left you in your room" he excused as I shook my head

"She" I pointed at Sharon whose face had now dropped, "Is trying to cause drama between you and Buck but I spent the whole fucking night with him. The reason she didn't know that is because we were keeping our dating life on the down low. Now she's here and-"

"Elle" Bucky said timidly as I held my hand out to silence him,

"And she's trying to cause trouble. I will not fucking have it" I growled as Steve looked at me wide eyed,

"Elle" Bucky said again as I turned to face him, "Y-Your clothes"
