P.s. I know this update is really really late, and I apologize. I just have a lot of things on my mind and between school, jrotc, and working out, things become hectic. Even though it feels like I'm not updating my stories, I swear to you, behind the scenes I am writing in all of my stories. I'll probably start updating my stories at night considering that's when I'm not doing anything.

I know most of this chapter was me giving a really long authors note, but enjoy anyways.

"Wade!" Vinny shouts, stepping forward. Wade 's head turns and he tightens his grip on Jack's and Ken's throats.

"My name is not Wade," he growls. His voice sending shivers down my spine.

"Yes it is!" Vinny says. Alexa grips the back of my shirt whimpering in terror. I squeeze her hand in reassurance, trying to calm her down. "And you really don't want to hurt your friends!"

"Friends?" He hisses, glaring at Vinny. "What kind of friends blames all of their problems on one guy? What kind of friends pick on their one friend who tries his best to do things right?"

"True friends do that, Wade," Cry says quietly.

"My name is not Wade!" He shrieks, throwing Jack and Ken by their throats, sending them stumbling across the field of debris. Alexa whimpers as Wade takes a step towards Vinny, raising his hand back as if to slap her. "Don't fucking call me Wade!" He growls, bringing his hand down across her face. Vinny cries out as she drops to the ground.

"Vinny!" Cry yells charging towards Wade, Anti hot on his heels. I grab Alexa by her hand and take off in the direction Jack and Ken went tumbling in with Felix following right behind me.

On the ground, feet away, Jack and Ken try their best to get to their feet, coughing and gasping for air.

"Are you alright?" I ask. They both cough again but nodded. Alexa screams and I spin around just in time to let go of her small hand and kick a flying piece of wall that Wade had thrown, away from us.

"This is our fault," Jack hisses through his teeth, rubbing his throat. "We need to help stop him..."

"No," I growl, glaring at both Ken and Jack. "You two aren't doing anything. Felix and I are going to get you guys to safety since you wanted to be so stubborn and not listen to Alexa!"

No sooner that I spoke those words, a terrible howling noise sounds behind me followed by Anti's painful yell. Jack's, Felix's and Ken's faces all turn a very pale color. Alexa's scream made me not want to turn around, but I did. And I really wish I hadn't turned around, really wish I could wipe the scene from my mind like it never even happened.

As I turned around to witness what had happened, my heart shatters. Wade was no longer wade anymore, he was some shadow creature that was half demon half wolf, but that wasn't what broke my heart. What broke my heart was seeing the "thing's" outstretched sharp claws pierce straight through Anti's chest and straight through his heart.
