Scar meets Yellow Megamind

Learning that the multiverse actually exists was already overwhelming enough. Just the thoughts of there being millions dimensions nothing like his home was hard to process.

Then, the information of space in between universes where, theoretically, people from dimensions can interact safely without any potential harm. Suddenly, he was living in what the scientists have dubbed, the 'Anti-Void' along with his many friends.

Then, his mother told him that he'll be attending a school in a place similar to the Anti-Void, far away from home. Soon, his stuff was packed, his cat with him and he was sitting in a contraction that reminds him multiple minecart right next to each other on the way to this 'school'.

He doesn't even know what a school is. He heard about it, he heard that in certain servers of his home universe that this 'school' was like a giant base but instead of living in it, players teach younger players things.

He couldn't, understand that. Can't their parents teach them the basics of survival?

Then again, he heard that the servers with schools and stuff were modded, so he probably won't understand any of that nonsense. But due to him having a more vanilla taste, Scar thought he'll never have to go to this 'school'.

But apparently he is, on this weird contraction he overheard other people calling it a 'train', heading to this place called 'school' and he'll probably stay there until the holidays.

Luckily some of his friends are also going with him, just not at the same time. Currently only Zedaph and Wels were on the same 'train' as he is, however it was crowded with many other people that he could barely find them.

So, he just remind sitting, hoping for one of his friends to find him.

A ding rang out and some people got up then headed out. Oh, they weren't going to the same place as he is? Huh.

He remembers his mother telling him to not get up and leave. When he asked why, she explained that the 'train' was a public one, only once the 'train' was filled with students and teachers of the school that it would start going to the school.

It didn't make any sense to him, but then again in other universes diamonds aren't currency so...

"Hey uhh, is this sit taken?"

He glanced up to find a dirty blonde kid wearing a long sleeve red sweater and dark gray jeans. He widened his eyes when he noticed the lack of a mouth on the kid.

"My eyes are up here, you know."

He met the kid's eyes and tried not to show any expression change as he met soulless black eyes, lacking of any white, if they can even clarify as eyes... they're were just two two pixels.

"I'm sorry but I'm just surprised by—"

"The lack of mouth?" The eyes moved in a circle. "I get that a lot."

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!" Scar cried out, giving the kid an apologetic smile. "I'm just so surprised to find another Minecrafter here! I thought I was the only one."

The eyes grew bigger by half a pixel and their eyes met again.

"How did you know I'm a Minecrafter?"

Scar grinned awkwardly and glanced away, his face warming up slightly.

"Your face just kinda reminded me of a cob..."

"Oh..." He heard the confusion in his voice.

"Well.. nice meeting you, I guess. See ya around the school."

"Wait no!" He snapped his head back up only to find the dirty blonde entering the next... what was it they call it again?

Uhh... train section?

Cab?

Cart? Yeah, cart!

He sighed out and snuggled Jellie closer to his chest. The cat glanced up to him and meowed. "Yeah you're right." He nodded his head. "I shouldn't have said that, that was rude."

He felt asleep for the rest of the ride with Jellie snuggled up to his chest until he reached the school.

"Scar there you are!"

"Five more minutes..." He groaned and pressed Jellie to his chest.

Silence rang out.

Scar immediately yelped out as he felt something heavy on his lap and Jellie making her way onto his head in a second. He glanced down to find Zedaph laying there, his stomach on his legs.

"Hey man!" Zedaph quickly got up and sat next to him. "We've been looking for you for a while." He glanced up to find Wels in front of him, standing up and holding the pole. "How's it been?"

"I think I offended someone by calling them a fish."

"Oh! You mean that Grian guy?" Zedaph spoke out, kicking his legs back and forth. "Yeah, he definitely looks like a cob, but you didn't offend him at all."

Scar raised a brow at him and glanced around. "How did you know that...?" "Oh, I called him a cob as well," Zedaph answered. Scar glanced towards Wels who nodded his head at him, confirming that he called...

uh, what's his name?

Grain? Yeah, Grain, what an odd name, why would anyone name their child an already existing English word? Scar wonders.

"Actually now that I think of it he mentioned someone else calling him a cob." Zedaph leaned back into his seat, staring up at the ceiling. Scar snapped his head towards the odd player next to him. "Really? Did he mention how he felt about it?"

"He mentioned feeling confused if I remember correctly," Wels spoke. Scar turned back to the knight in casual clothing to find him staring at something passed them.

"What are you looking at, Wels?" He asked the stronger man. He glanced towards him and answered simply, "Well, a few seconds ago, a voice announced that the train was filled with students and teachers for Cross Overall."

Wels must've noticed Scar's raised brow as he quickly explained. "That's the school's name."

"The voice also announced that we'll be heading to the school now," Zedaph added in, eyeing Jellie as she made her way down from Scar's head.

"Really? How long do we have left?"

"Oh, we're actually there already."

Scar yelped out and turned to his left to find an odd looking person.

They have a yellow head with black, long locks reaching to their shoulders, a purple hat with textures similar to polished diorite with a flower on it, a dark magenta hoodie with black sleeves, a peppermint purple, white styled scarf around their neck and a purple bowtie with dark blue dots.

"When did you get here?" Scar cried out, slightly scooting away from the person. He watched through their rectangular glasses as they rolled their eyes. "I sat next to you when you and that dirty blonde guy were talking," They answered, getting up and pulling onto their bag strap. "Anyways, you also should be leaving, we're at our destination now."

Scar eyed the person as they walked away, having a feeling this won't be the last time they talk.

(Tis le person sitting next to Scar)

"Wooo! I can see Tango and Impulse now!" Zedaph yelled, jumping up from his seat and running towards the door.

"Hey wait for me!" Scar cried out, picking Jellie off of his shoulder and placing her onto the ground, then running to catch up with Zedaph. "I want to see them too!"

Wels chuckled and rolled his eyes at his friends. He followed them to make sure they didn't get lost.

Scar stepped off the 'train' and onto the smooth stone floor of the 'train station'. He widened his eyes as he stared at the scenery outside the station in awe, the builds reminded him of the plains villages but everything looked so much... smoother.

He shouldn't had been so shocked as when he entered the Anti-Void, none of the building were blocky nor any of the items and tools were just two dimensional pixels, but he was stunned by the similar looking place.

"Scar!" He glanced to his left to find Ren there, Tango and Zedaph hugging out next to him with Impulse on the blondes's side. Xisuma stood in front of him, still in his outfit that Scar met him in.

He grinned at them and ran towards them. "Guys! It's great to see you again!" He cried out, stopping in front of Xisuma.

"How's it been?" He asked, smiling brightly at his friends.

"Scar, you know how long your legs are, poor Jellie almost got stomped on by other people." Wels's voice cried out, Scar turned around to find the rare sight of Wels holding Jellie and not being attacked by the cat. Scar's face flustered up and he grinned awkwardly at the knight. "Sorry!" He ran over and plucked Jellie out of the brunette's arms, freeing the dog lover from her. "I was just distracted by the scenery."

"Of the train station?" Ren spoke confusingly, tilting his head at them.

Silence rang out as everyone turned to stare at him, all with different variety of a dumbfounded look. Soon, realization hit Ren and he laughed out nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. He glanced down at the ground.

In the distance, a man coughed out.

Ren glanced up at Wels and grinned at him. "You look great in casual clothes, Wels!"

"Oh, why thank you." Wels smiled at him. Xisuma grabbed Scar's wrist and walked out of the station, everyone else following behind him.

"So.. not all the students and teachers are here, so we are temporarily staying in this village," Xisuma explained, stopping in seemingly the center of the village.

A well stood there, in the shape of a circle instead of a square, amazing Scar easily.

He has never seen a circle before! Well, not a not Minecraft circle, at least.

There were tables in front of the well on all sides with a singular piece of paper and an oddly shape object next to it on the table, along with a chest in front of the table. The table looked like none Scar have seen, the table legs weren't endrods, fences or underside down stairs! And the table surface— it wasn't a slab, carpet or underside down stairs! It- it was like an armor stand god came down and created this.

"Believe it or not, but that table isn't made out of tiny armor stands," Impulse spoke and all newly arrived men turned to stare at him in shock. "How?" Zedaph cried out loudly, causing everyone nearby to turn towards him. "Magic, clearly." Scar concluded, stepping closer to the table.

"Actually, a..." Tango glanced around and leaned closer to them. "'carpenter' made them with wood." "What's a carpenter?" Wels asked casually, not freaking out over the table unlike two certain players. "Do they make carpets?" Zedaph asked, tilting his head at Tango.

"A carpenter is person who makes and repairs wooden objects and structures." Everyone turned around to find a dirty blonde player with a bag over his shoulder. "Could you move please? You're blocking my path."

"You're a Minecrafter!" Scar cried out, pointing at him. He raised a brow at him. "Yes?.. so?" He tilted his head at him, backing up slightly. "Wait, are you the guy that said I look like—" "How do you know what a carpenter is?" Zedaph cried out, stepping in front of the dirty blonde. "Also, hi Grian."

"Oh, you're that other guy that said I look like a cob." Grian spoke calmly, glancing around. He backed up more and glanced at the shorter blonde. "Personal space please?"

"Oh!" Zedaph jumped back. "Sorry!"

"And I'm from a roleplay server," He answered, heavy emphasis on roleplay.

"Guys." Tango hissed out and both Zedaph and Scar widened their eyes and immediately got out of his way. "Sorry."

Grian sighed out and just headed towards the table and picked the object next to the paper and wrote onto it. He paused and glanced behind at the sound of Scar and Zedaph gasping.

"Vanilla server." Xisuma spoke, smiling at him awkwardly. Grian rolled his eyes and turned back to do what he was previously doing.

"What exactly is he doing?" Wels asked out, pointing at the object in Grian's hands. "He's writing with a... 'pencil'." Xisuma explained, slowly speaking for Scar and Zedaph. "You can write wi—" "Yes," Impulse interrupted Zedaph. "Yes, you can write without a book and quill and sign. Yes, it's amazing. Yes, it's weird writing."

"What is he doing?" Scar asked, holding Jellie close to his chest. "Well, he's writing down his name and age." Xisuma explained, glancing at the dirty blonde with interest. "After that, there will be a key and note in the chest assigned to him. The note will contain the roommates he will have."

"Well, who are your roommates, Xisuma?" Wels asked, turning towards him. "Or who will be your roommates?"

"Oh! I got Beef, Keralis and this... Flamingo person." "What kind of parents would name their kid that! It's an already existing word and bird!" Tango questioned, yelling out the last part.

"I hope we could be roommates," Scar spoke, staring as Grian kneed down and opened up he chest.

Tango shrugged. "Hey man, sometimes you gotta meet new people forcefully." "Okay then... who are your roommates then?" Wels asked, tilting his head at him. Tango met Wels's eyes and listed them casually, "Impulse, xB and Fave."

"Okay, you only get to meet one person."

"Still forced to!"

Scar walked towards the table and picked up the...

What did Xisuma called it again?...

A pencil? Yeah, a pencil. He picked up the pencil and began writing down his name and age, then opening up the chest and taking the key and note contained in it.

"Oooh! Scar, who did you get?" Tango asked excitedly, looking over to him.

Scar narrowed his eyes and listed the people confusedly. "Temprist, Remainings and KonekoKitten?"

"A cat hybrid?" Ren suggested at the last person to which he gave Scar more excitement to meet the kitten person. "Or perhaps a cat lover?" Tango suggested, raising his voice slightly.

"Wouldn't it be funny if the kitten guy hates cats?" Zedaph spoke out, causing Scar to turn around and glared at him. "What?" Zedaph raised his arms up. "Could be true!"

"I'm more or less wondering about this 'Remainings' fella..." Wels spoke, shoving out the horrifying assumptions of the person just based on his name. "His name sounds very ominous."

Scar shrugged. "I'm sure they're a nice person." He sighed out. "Anyways, I should go and unpack now, see you guys later."

Varieties of goodbyes rang out as Scar and Jellie head towards where they'll be staying.

"Oh by the way! Your roommates will stay as your roommates throughout the school year!" Xisuma cried out.

By the time Scar made it to the house, it was the afternoon, he took in a deep breath and unlocked the door.

"Please be nice people, I'll rather have nice people than normal people."

He opened the door and stepped inside.

"If you're going to come in, the take off your shoes." A calm voice spoke, giving Scar a scare, causing him to scream out and clinched onto the wall opposite the voice.

He glanced up to find a paper white skin man wearing a very... interesting hat. His hair was fashion similar to the odd player from the train earlier, pointing upwards to the ceiling, however the calm person's hat was much more... interesting... Its colors is a gradient of green to dark blue. That wasn't all, the hat also has a pair of eyes, slightly darker iron looking circle surrounding rainbows. The hat also had a pair of skinny, robotic arms.

However, his hat and his calmness seemed to be the only interest thing about him. The man's physical appearance, excluding the bizarre hat, was fairly normal. Dark cyan sunglasses despite being indoors, a matching dark cyan scarf, a dark grey leather jacket with 'Roblox' on where his heart should be and black jeans with grey sneakers.

"Did I scare you? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." The person spoke calmly, and Scar couldn't tell if they were being genuine or not. "Uhh.. it's alright?" Scar grinned at him.

"You must be Scar then," They spoke calmly, tilting their head at him. "Uhh... how did you know that?" Scar asked, edging close to the front door. "You're the last one to show up," They explained simply.

Scar raised a brow at the white text saying 'Remainings' on the back of their jacket.

At least, he knows how this person's name now.

Scar followed his roommate, at least he hopes they're his roommate.

He forgot to take off his shoes.

Remainings stopped and Scar halted, nearly bumping into the smaller person.

"Temprist, I have sad news. Scar isn't a lion." He spoke with the same calmness and emotionless voice then before, leading to Scar to assume that he was joking.

"Damn, that's the biggest disappointment in my life." A calm voice spoke, some actual emotion behind it unlike Remainings, who's voice signaled that he doesn't even have a soul. "I was looking forwards to having a lion as my roommate."

Scar glanced up and widened his eyes as he stared at the yellow monstrosity in front of him.

(Not his current avatar but still, this was his avatar for the longest time)

He glanced down and Jellie glanced up at him. He kneed down and opening his arms out, the cat jumped into them and he stood up, holding Jellie pressed close to his chest.

"What... are you?" Scar asked, backing up slightly, fear evident in his voice. He widened his eyes and quickly apologized in case he came off offensive.

The yellow giant forehead breaded creature turned towards him and frowned the biggest frown Scar has seen.

"He just met you, Temprist. He'll think you're being genuine." The soulless voice cut him off before he do whatever he was about to. He sighed out loudly and leaned back into the very soft looking sofa. "Fineeeeee...."

He turned his head to meet Scar's, who was wishing he didn't.

"I take no offense, I know I look like a mess. It's a choice."

"But why?" Scar blurred out without any thought. Temprist grinned at him and answered calmly, "The reactions."

Scar nodded his head and hugged Jellie tighter.

Temprist leaned forward towards a coffee table with a flat block on it with another flat block attached to it, pointing upwards into the air. He took out something from it and a triangle, not a blocky triangle, with weird yellow stuff on it with red circular things on it.

"Want a pizza?"

Scar raised a brow at him. He was beginning to wish he got normal roommates instead nice roommates. He could've handle rudeness better than weirdness.

"What's a pizza?"

"So you're a Minecraft person." Remainings spoke, turning around and backed up, staring at him. "That makes sense."

"What does that mean?"

"I was walking around the town and I heard you screamed at another guy that they're a 'Minecrafter'. Is that what you call each other?... 'Minecrafters'?..."

Scar's face turned red and he just smiled awkwardly at him. "N- no, we refer ourselves as players." "Same," Temprist spoke and Scar glanced at him to find the forehead overlord eating the 'pizza' thing.

"So, uhh..." Scar glanced around. "I met you two... where's Koneko?"

"They're setting up their room, they have a cat so they're making their room cat friendly."

Scar's eyes lit up and grinned a little wider.

"A cat?"

"They're adorable," Temprist injected, then immediately ate pizza like a pig, making disgusting noises along with it.

Scar cried inside.

"Dude, gross." Remainings stated, walking towards Temprist and sitting next to him.

Scar glanced around and decided that he needed some time on his own. "Well, could you point me to my room?" He asked, turning to stare at Remainings.

"Upstairs, the door without any name craved next to the door."

He thanked the paper white skinned not Minecraft player and head up stairs, climbing up them, with Jellie on his head.

He placed his arms onto the second floor and crawled up onto the floor, Jellie jumping off his head and onto the floor. He got off the ground and stood up.

He walked looked and to find four doors with one door at the end of the hallway. Scar walked to the right wall and looked at door. A tiny dark oat looking sigh next to each doors.

He pressed his hand onto the sigh having 'Temprist' craved onto it, the text being in yellow. He walked towards the door next to it, the sign being blank.

"Oh no..." Scar sighed out and shut his eyes.

His neighbor is that... oddity.

He widened his eyes and watched as his name formed onto it, his name in green. He opened the door and entered the room.

He immediately jumped onto the bed and shut his eyes.
