jungkook stared at the boy sitting in front who was staring back at him. the raven head gulped when the other smiled widely and jungkook finally decided to ask, "why are you here?"

"why?" the gorgeous blue haired male asked, "i am your friend, kook. unless you don't feel the same about me."

i don't feel the same― jungkook thought and hung his head low while taehyung sighed and cupped his cheeks pulling up causing them to have an eye contact, "don't. look. down."

jungkook gulped for the second time and bit his bottom lip when taehyung glared, "we need to do something about you, jeon jungkook. actually i need to do something."

"why? you don't like this me as your friend?" jungkook sadly questioned and taehyung smiled shaking jungkook's face that was cupped in his palms, "i do, but people need to like you too."

"it's enough that you like me." a small yet sweet smile tugged on jungkook's lips as he said those words and taehyung smiled back, "you are so cute but you still have to do what i am going to say, okay?"

jungkook nodded cause there was no way he was going to deny, after all he got to spend time with the person he loved so much, even if he can't show that but as long as taehyung was close to him, he was okay with that.

"so, the first thing we need to fix about you is your confidence." taehyung said letting jungkook's face go and now laid on the jungkook's bed.

jungkook stopped listening to what taehyung was talking as if he muted the surrounding and stared at the male who now again sat up and started explaining something. his hands going in different directions as he spoke. the raven head smiled seeing the printed cute, cartoon grasshopper on the other's pastel green t-shirt but he was snapped out of his thoughts when taehyung clapped his hands in front of his face.

"are you even listening kook?" taehyung had a pout on his lips and annoyance on his face as he asked and jungkook nodded, "of course."

"stop, lying. you didn't hear anything." taehyung scoffed and sighed before starting all over again, "listen to me carefully, i am gonna say once again."

"so, you need to be more confident, you can't look down when you are talking, say anything without hesitating, don't fucking stutter and don't be afraid." taehyung explained making jungkook realize that it's gonna be a long and tough ride.

"you are handsome, cute, sweet, all you need to be is a little more confident about yourself. stop looking down upon you." taehyung pointed out and jungkook smiled, "thank you but even if i do all these what you are saying, people still won't like me."

"why? i like you, so they will too!" taehyung encouraged and jungkook was on cloud nine when he heard that taehyung liked him even that was like a friend and nothing more.

"just promise, you will not give up." taehyung raised his pinky finger in the air and jungkook giggled while intertwining his pinky with the other's, "as long as you are with me, i won't give up, taehyungie."

"you are so cute, koo." taehyung now gave the other another nickname and jungkook's cheeks just got the darkest shade of red.
