You looked on in utter terror at the size of the beast. It would be tough to beat that.

The giant snake lunged forward, swallowing Pythor and your sensei whole. "Sensei..." Kai muttered under his breath. Jay held his arm out, like he could still attempt to save his tea loving teacher. "No!"

The Great Devourer threw it's head back and roared, before snapping its head back to glare at the team.

"Maybe if we stand perfectly still..."

"It's not blind Jay, it's literally staring at us!!!" You scream, now panicked.

"Run!"

The giant snek charged as you and the boys ran towards the Bounty. Jay tripped but the others kept running. Sighing a bit as you heard his cries for the others to wait, you ran back and helped him up. You then teleported to the Bounty and helped the boys climb on.

You ran into the control room behind the boys, before noticing Tori was missing. Looking out, you saw her with the Great Devourer right on her tail.

Without thinking, you grabbed a sword and teleported onto the beast, slashing and stabbing with all your might. Green oozed from the cuts.

"Tori get onto the Bounty now!" You yelled to the snake girl. She ran to the ship while you continued to attack the monster. Once she was safely aboard you jumped onto the snakes' snout, and cheekily waved before teleporting back to the Bounty.

You appeared next to Tori, who looked at you in awe. "How'd you do that!?"

"I honestly don't even know myself kid, let's just get inside."

The two of you made your way inside where everybody else was, and you'd think Lloyd would have his priorities straight, but...

"Why is there a Venomari onboard?!" He shouted, seeming quite angry.

Tori looked at him confused for a second, but as you felt the Bounty take off a smug look was plastered on her face. "Oh, I remember you. The kid that was always in the cage." She laughed.

"Both of you quit it! We have more important stuff to worry about right now!" Cole scolded the two. Tori smirked at the little olive as he frowned before going back to help Nya.

As the Bounty flew further and further away, Kai cheered. "Take that you stupid snake!"

'He is celebrating too early.' Keenan warned.

Proving the old man true, the Great Devourer shot out of the ground, in the path of the ship. "Uh, I think it heard you!" The Junkyard Baby said as the Bounty got closer to the snake.

Nya barely moved in time, the GD snapping its' jaws as the flying ship veered away. The beast slithered onward, chasing the ship through the desert.

Kai watched the serpent through the window, "Nya we gotta go faster, that thing is gaining on us!"

"We're going as fast as we can! I'll try to make it to Scattered Canyon." The samurai responded.

"Probability of us making it that far is less than 8 percent."

"Never tell me the odds!"

"It's coming in from another attack!" Cole told the group, "Port side!"

Nya turned the wheel, narrowly escaping the jaws of death once more. Lloyd turned to face everyone, "We're losing speed! We'll drop to the ground soon!"

"Throw everything overboard!" Nya yelled as she maneuvered the ship.

"What?!" Everyone yelled in unison. You turned to the group. "She's right! We gotta get lighter to go faster, so find everything that isn't nailed down to the ship and throw it away!"

Everyone got to work as the Devourer devoured a booster. You dragged your dresser out and threw it overboard, but not before snatching a few articles of clothing first.

Unfortunately, the big snek only grew bigger as it ate everything you threw. But like you predicted, the Bounty picked up speed, and after Cole warning the others not to throw anything else overboard, the group made it to Scattered Canyon.

The ship flew through twists and turns in an effort to lose the monstrous snake that was in pursuit. It finally seemed like it was gone. "We lost him!" The Earth Ninja cheered.

Did we?

Out of nowhere, the Great Devourer leaped towards the Bounty, hitting it out of the sky with its tail.

"Abandon ship!" Nya shouted, and everybody ran outside. Tori tripped on her way out and you helped her up. You saw the boys leaving on their vehicles and Nya carrying Lloyd with The Samurai X suit.

"Nya! Take Tori!" You yelled to the girl.

"What about you?"

"I can teleport remember?"

You tossed the snake child up onto the seat the ninja made for Wu, and as the three flew away, you heard a child's voice.

"(Y/n)!"

You turned around, expecting to see someone, but instead you jolted forward as the Bounty crashed.

You tumbled forward, surprised from the voice and the impact, and had gotten stuck under a piece of the mast that had fallen down. You struggled to push the large piece of wood off.

'Teleport (y/n), teleport!' Keenan reminded you.

You then looked over to where the ninja were to visualize the area to teleport, but it was too late.

The Great Devourer had grabbed the Bounty, and lifted you up, along with the ship. You could hear the ninja call out to you, but all you could see was the sky before you plunged into darkness.

Where... am I? You thought to yourself as you sat up, surrounded by fragments of the Bounty. Looking around, you could barely see a thing.

Even though you were surrounded in darkness, you noticed outlines of the other things you and the ninja had thrown away in an attempt to escape, along with the feel of sand and some sort of slimy substance coating most of it.

"I was wondering when you'd wake." An old voice spoke.

"Keenan?"

"Who?"

You turned and saw the outline of an elder looking man, but once you saw traces of a long beard and hat, you realized who it was.

"Sensei? Y-you're alive!" You ran up and hugged the figure, relieved that he was alright. But if you were with Wu, that could only mean one thing.
"Are we..."

"In the Great Devourer? I'm afraid so." The old man finished your thoughts. You shuddered, thinking of being inside a giant evil snake. You looked around, trying to find another evil snake.

"Where's Pythor?" You asked your teacher. You could see the outline of his head turning, as if he was searching too. "I have not seen him since I woke up, he seems to be hiding in the shadows, like the serpent he is."

You walked around, almost slipping on something slimy. The entire situation grossed you out. "How do we get out?" You asked the wise tea obsessed man that walked next to you.

"We, do nothing. The ninja will get us out." The old man told you.

You shook your head in disbelief. "I hate to break it to you Sensei, but I don't think the ninja are gonna be able to get near this fat reptile at all!"

Keenan, you're old and wise, do you know how to get out? You asked the voice in your head.

No response came.

Keenan? Keenan are you there? Answer!! Panic rose inside your chest, as Keenan stayed silent. Could he be upset, and not want to talk right now? You worried as you realized you might not hear his voice ever again.

Suddenly you could hear music echo around you. The ground and your surroundings began to shake and you could tell something was wrong.

"The ninja!" Wu shouted, struggling to balance. You then remembered when Jay had told you about a mystical flute they had that was the serpentine's weakness. "Zane must be playing a recording of the flute! But how is it so loud?"

As suddenly as it came, it stopped, and everything was calm once more. You decided you'd try and get out of here. "Sensei, I'm gonna teleport out of here and tell the boys and Nya you're alive, then we'll get you out to!"

Wu hummed in response, and you envisioned Lou's house, that being the first thing that came to mind, and closed your eyes tight.

When you opened your eyes however, all you could see was the darkness of the giant snake. "I can't teleport!" You raised your voice in alarm.

Great, first Keenan, now this?!

You were then knocked over by a heap of junk. It hit you that the ninja must've fought the reptile at Jay's childhood home.

Gagging, you stood up, now covered in slime. It disgusted you.

"Perhaps your powers are not elemental powers." Wu spoke again, his voice sounded farther away, like the incoming junk had pushed him away.

You walked towards his voice, trying to find him. "What do you mean Sensei?"

"Whenever you teleport, a flash of light comes from your cuffs. If your power comes from your cuffs, and the flash of light means what I think it does, then perhaps your cuffs need light in order to function."

"That explains why I can't teleport right now!" You exclaimed. "But that means we're stuck here until we can find a way out."

"Aha!"

"What? Did you find a way out?"

"No, I found my teapot. (Y/n) can you help me get some wood for a fire?"

Confused, you grabbed a few chunks of the Bounty and walked towards the sound of rustling. The pieces of wood were snatched out of your hands and as Wu started the fire things began to brighten.

Soon Wu had the teapot over the fire and you could actually see him. "You should go now, I'll be alright on my own." Wu told you, seeing as you now had light.

You nodded and looked down at your cuffs, they were glowing again.

"We'll defeat the Devourer and get you out too." You told the old man, and he nodded back. Soon, you were in Lou's house.

You looked around the room you were in. You had teleported into the kitchen, and had dropped in on Lou having a ham sandwich.

He started choking on his sandwich as soon as you popped in.

"Ohmagosh Lou are you ok?!?!" You ran to his side, giving him the Heimlich. He continued choking until a piece of bread shot out onto the floor.

He dropped, gasping for breath. Once he had calmed down, he faced you, red in the face. "A little warning before you drop in on me next time?"

"Sorry Lou," you apologized, "this is just the first place I thought of and the Bounty was destroyed and I don't know where the ninja are and a giant snake is going to eat everything and I need to help stop it and-"

"Slow down! All I got is that you can't find the ninja, where's Cole? He's supposed to make sure you're safe!" Lou began to look more worried by the minute.

"Oh, well I was kinda swallowed by a snake..."

"WHAT!?!?"

"But I found our Sensei which was good cause the ninja thought he was dead and I learned more about my powers too!"

Lou simply pinched his nose and shook his head. "I can't keep up with you kids these days..."

If you weren't in a rush you would've stayed for a bit, but time was of the essence and you needed to find your friends. You thought of where they'd go to stop the Great Devourer. Then it hit you.

"Lou do you have any photos of Ninjago City? I need a clear visual of the centre of the area."

With a quick nod, Lou left the kitchen, but came back in a matter of seconds with a picture frame. It was his quartet in Ninjago City.

"This'll do Lou, this'll do!" You examined the picture, every building, every lamppost. "I gotta go help out now, I don't wanna miss all the fun!"

"Be safe (y/n)," Lou put a hand your shoulder, "and keep Cole out of trouble!" He grinned at the last part. You chuckled and with a goodbye, you teleported to Ninjago City.

Looking around, you were right in the middle of the ninja!

"(Y/n)?!" The boys yelled in unison. You gave them an awkward wave before they encased you in an inescapable bear hug.

"We thought you were gone for good!" Jay exclaimed, clearly smiling beneath the mask.
"How'd you get out? Oh wait you can teleport! But then why didn't you come back sooner? Are your powers broken? Could you not control where you were going? Or-"

"Can it, Motormouth!" Cole and Kai yelled at the same time, the boys now finally letting you breathe.

"Look guys, I'll explain everything later, but for now we have a snake to skin!" You told them, and they all looked down, guilt written all over their faces.

"What did you do..."

"Well..." Kai began, but was interrupted by Zane. "We gave the golden weapons to Garmadon."

"You. Did. What?!"

Of course you couldn't have left these guys alone for a few hours without them doing something stupid.

"What's done is done, right now we need to find a way to keep the Great Devourer in one place." Cole told you, and you looked around.

You'd never been to Ninjago City, but you had an idea of what to do.

You saw the large head snake around the corner.

"Hey big fat and ugly! Over here!" You waved your arms high in the air, grabbing its attention. "You ate me remember? But I got away~"

You taunted and teased the big bad snake, irritating it until it charged at you, full speed. You did nothing, staying still until it was about to swallow you once more. Then...

You were teleported a few feet away.

Confused, the snake followed, slithering as fast as it could, but no matter what, you were always a few feet ahead.

Eventually you reached the road where Kai was waiting for you. "See you soon!" You waved at the snake, then turned to Kai. "Good luck!" Then, you teleported to where Cole was waiting.

"He's on his way, get ready." You told the rocky boy before teleporting to a nearby roof. Waiting, you saw that Kai was on his way, the Great Devourer right on his tail.

You then teleported to where you had left Jay, on another roof. "Kai's passed the baton to Cole." You informed him.

"This isn't a relay y'know!" Jay chuckled.

"Isn't it though?"

"Well..."

You raised an eyebrow, and the Blue Ninja shrugged. "Alright, I'm waiting for the baton."

Giggling, you heard the sound of multiple car alarms going off, and soon Cole was in your sights. With a salute to Jay, you were gone.

You teleported next to the nindroid, startling him a bit. "Jay is on his way." You rhymed, feeling more energetic as the plan was working perfectly.

You you could hear the roar of the beast, and teleported to your final destination. You were soon with the Earth and Fire ninja riding aboard their dragon.

"This. Is. So. Cool." You gawked at the sight of the magnificent creature. You were actually riding a dragon!!!

"I'm guessing Jay and Zane are on their way?" Cole asked, but all you could do was nod as you admired the white dragon.

Soon you had caught Jay and Zane out of the sky, and the five of you looked at the knotted mess the Big Snek was in. You chuckled at how the reptile was biting its own tail.

Soon, the dragon landed and you saw Lloyd, Nya and Tori.

"(Y/n)!!!" The two kids ran to embrace you, and you scooped them up, hugging them tight.
"Hey guys, missed me?" You teased.

Putting them down you turned to Nya, who seemed as happy as them. Surprising you, she ran up to you and hugged you tight. "We really thought you were gone!"

"I'm back now." You returned her embrace, relieved that you'd finally gotten back to your friends.

The sky turned dark, and everyone looked up to see Garmadon with all four weapons in his grasp.

"Dad!" Lloyd yelled to him, but you doubted he could be heard.

"You are the reason evil runs through my blood!" The dark lord lectured the overgrown lizard. "You bit me once, now feel what it's like to be bitten back!"

He jumped down, picking up speed as he got ready to strike. "Vengeance will be mine!" He called out, and finally, he hit the weak spot.

The beast exploded as slime erupted and swept through the city. People cheered throughout the city as Ninjago was now saved.

"He did it." Jay said, stepping forward. Cole turned to him, smiling. "No, we did it."

While everyone celebrated you saw Garmadon trying to sneak away through an alleyway, and without thinking, you teleported down.

"Good job Garmadon, now why don't you just hand over the golden weapons." You told him, preparing to fight if he attacked. He only looked sad though, and you knew he wouldn't fight you, so you relaxed a bit.

"You know I can't do that (y/n)."

"Can't, or won't?"

He was silent for a bit, before speaking up again. "Next time we meet, we will be on opposite sides, but as long as you are Lloyd's protector, I will make sure no harm comes to you."

You tilted your head, slightly confused, so he went on. "I don't want my son to get hurt, so as long as you keep your promise and keep him safe I will not fight you."

"Well... thanks? But I still won't let you get away with the golden weapons." You grinned, getting back into a fighting stance. Garmadon simply gestured for you to come at him, and you charged.

You jumped forward, about to kick the evil lord as he dodged out of the way, making you crash. Grumbling, you ran forward, attempting to punch the dark dad, but only seemed to hit air as he effortlessly dodged each attack.

He yawned, like he was getting bored. That only frustrated you more. You continued punching, getting closer and closer as he backed up with each step.

Without warning, Garmadon stepped to the side, and instead of air, or Garmadon, you hit a brick wall. You screamed in pain, clutching your hand that had punched the hard object as Garmadon disappeared.

You cursed under your breath as you realized you were alone, and grumpily walked back to the others.

You saw the gang all run towards Wu, and laughed as he walked past them, grabbing his teapot and cup instead.

"Didn't I leave you heating up your tea?" You asked the old man as you walked towards the group.

"More garbage came and I lost my grip on the handle!" He complained before taking a sip. "Much better, and still hot."

As Lloyd reunited with his uncle, you felt Tori tug on your arm. "(Y/n)?" She asked.

"Ya Tori?"

"Are you still gonna help me find my dad?"

"Of course. I wouldn't keep a family separated."

She beamed at your answer, and hugged you once more. "I really thought you were a goner." She whispered.

"I'm not going anywhere until we find your dad little missy." She broke off the hug and you both turned to Wu, as it sounded like he was saying something important.

"Good will finally face evil, and a final outcome will be decided for all of time." The boys then gathered around Lloyd, promising to teach him all that they know, and you giggled at their enthusiasm.

Tori laughed as they five of them jumped into the air yelling, "Go ninja, go!"

Sorry about this being so late! With school and writers block and my adventurous little sister constantly getting hurt, you could say I've been busy...
