Technically? Not supposed to be considered handsome. He's like a skinnier Chris Bradford with blonde hair and a good personality.

Yes, canonically stunning.

5. Monica Mireles [TMNT]

Yes, canonically STUNNING.

6. Luana Kameāhola [TMNT]

Yes, canonically STUNNING.

7. Hamato David [TMNT]

Yes, he's a cutie!

Yes, she's a cutie!

He's probably considered very attractive.
