Quirk: Self-esteem - when she touches an individual with her hand, it saps their self-esteem, leaving them physically weakened and mentally crippled by paranoia, anxiety, and depression. Meanwhile, she gets a self-esteem boost and gains certain levels of superhuman strength/speed, depending on how much self-esteem she took.
- Each finger has the capacity to take 10% of someone's self-esteem. The palm can take 50%. Full hand contact results in 100% of self-esteem taken.
- The effects on the victim can last hours to a day, depending on how much self-esteem was taken.
- Boosts from stealing self-esteem deplete more quickly if more is taken (for example, taking 50% of someone's self-esteem may last her 5 minutes, while taking 100% of someone's self-esteem lasts her 1 minute)

Personality: Shelby has very low self-esteem herself, stemming from back decades to when her quick first manifested. In general, her lack to self-esteem and self-efficacy makes her very anxious, unsure, and a bit moody- she prone to be snappy when she's very uncomfortable in a situation. However, she's also very clever and intelligent, even if she doesn't consider herself to be very smart. She's also very honest and keeps her word in most situations (unless she realizes that her word no longer aligns with her morals.
