You know, just to let off some steam.

PT as a Profession
Literally every class session she assigns either a presentation, an essay, or both at once. This is one of those classes where it's really chill, until suddenly, it's not. I have this class once a week, whereas all my other class but one, I'm there more than once a week- but by the way my professor loads us up on homework, you'd think this was my only class and I'm there every day preparing for the presentations on the material I'm not being taught.

Community and Public Health
Don't get me wrong, it's an important class, and anyone who's going to into a health profession should learn the material I'm being taught. But.... I literally took an identical class my freshman year. Occupational and Physical Health. Both are required by my major... I just, they really should have cut some of the material and combined it into one class because we're only just now covering material i haven't learned already and we're in the last stretch of the semester.

Modern Fiction
My last gen ed class. I thought I'd be introduced to good novels similar to the Hunger Games, if I'm being honest. "Modern", I've learned, is a very loose term. I don't think we've read a single story written in this century. This class is just my professor trying to desperately convince me that reading these short stories on weird ass subjects comes with skill sets I'll use in my career.

Chem Lab
AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH I HATE MY LAB PARTNERSSSSS
Okay, I retract part of that statement. One of my lab partners is really nice, she's just not the sharpest fork in the drawer. And I have a lot of sympathy for her cause she's exactly like I was at the beginning of the semester- 5 classes while working ungodly hours for a pizza place- and she's somehow still alive. Obviously I could never, which is why I quit.

At the same time... it doesn't make it any less frustrating when she repeatedly does the lab report at the part minute. Like, she finishes it the day it's due and the only thing she really contributes to is checking my work... while I do the heavy lifting. And as much as I understand where she's coming from, it's frustrating.

My other lab partner is utterly useless. Literally I've thought about asking my professor if we could just exclude him, but then my other lab partner and I would struggle to finish our labs on time. The rest of the class is in lab groups of 4, whereas my group is just 3 people, so chopping it down to 2 would make it worse.

Chem lecture
I commit almost all my homework time to this class... and I just now achieved an A, and it's a very fragile A, could be ruined at any moment. And it's frustrating because I need this class to get into PT school- not just passing either, because I need a high GPA to get into PT school as well. AND CHEMISTRY IS NOT RELEVANT TO PT. Biochem? Yes. But I don't know if I'd judge a PT's ability to treat me on whether or not they can figure out how to titrate on unknown acid with a known base using a Ka value :)
