It's hard acting like an adult, or just in general just being the bigger person

For example, I was messing around while leaving the dinner table and stated that statistically, the first born is often the smartest

Alexis decided to come back with "yeah, and an accident"

My sisters like to rub it in my face that I was a mistake, but Michelle stopped after she found out she was a surprise as well. Alexis enjoys the fact that she's the only planned child

I oh so badly wanted to respond with, "Well you're the only kid they wanted and look how that plan turned out"

BUT I kept my mouth shut and just walked away

It hurt a little bit

... okay it hurt a lot a bit

But I was proud that I actually had it in me to bite back that comment 😂

Because I would have been in BIG trouble
