My body is legitimately shutting down
Sleep deprivation and mental issues aside, I've become increasing concerned about my health lately
Not even my weight
My body is going numb
I first noticed yesterday. Well, really, my mom and sister noticed. My feet were swollen and purple. I shrugged it off as poor circulation, but my mom made me lay down. My sister is convinced it's diabetes, but I think if I go to the doctor's regularly (and I do) they'd catch the excess glucose in my blood before symptoms start occurring
Well, today, my feet kept getting tingly and going numb. While driving, sitting, even when I tried to elevate them, they'd regain circulation for a moment, and then get tingly again.
Then, as I was driving back from school, my right arm got really heavy and tingly too.
Listen, I know that's like a pre-stroke or pre-heart attack thing, but I'm positive I'm not unhealthy enough to have something that serious go wrong with my brain or heart THIS young.
Then, when I was showering, my right leg started going numb.
At this point, I'm freaking out a little bit. I do a bit of a internet search, which I know really doesn't do me anything. I found this one disorder, peripheral neuropathy, which I had two symptoms of, but that meant nothing.
Finally, as I was walking around the house, getting ready for bed, I heard a very distinct buzzing noise right in my left ear, which was another symptom of peripheral neuropathy.
Idk the only thing I can think of is it is peripheral neuropathy being a symptom caused by mixed connective tissue disorder, a disease my mom has and could have passed down to me. I got tested for lupus a couple years ago when my mom supposedly had lupus, but she was misdiagnosed the whole time.
Idk I'm probably just freaking myself out but I'm fairly positive body parts going numb all of a sudden isn't a normal thing.
