Y'all probably know this by now, but I get bad allergies when the weather fluctuates

Well it jumped from 20 to 40 so I'm pretty pathetic right now

I want to sleep so bad but I literally can't breathe at all when I lay down

It honestly upsets me because I love sleep

I hope going to a state will stable climate will make it less torturous before I'm on the boat...
