I regret everything

I took a nap between 11 and 12, and then 12:30 and 1:30. Then I was a bit slap happy. We got home at about 7, and I woke up at 9:30 and could not go back to sleep, so now I'm up

That's 4 and a half hours of sleep, and I have work from 5 to 10 tonight, and I found out there's a basketball final or something on today
