Did you know, that after 9/11, the U.S. Government was concerned that terrorists would attack us with biological warfare?

Now we know that's not how the terrorists function, but back then, to prepare for the possibility, the U.S. created stockpiles of vaccines.

The United States government literally has enough smallpox vaccine to treat the entire U.S. population in case the terrorists tried to infect us with it, even though almost everyone here is already vaccinated.

... I can't decide if that called being prepared or paranoid. Probably a little bit of both.
