I dreamt about going to Winnipeg last night.

Get ready, because it gets weird.

So, first off, I drove 17 hours to Winnipeg by myself, which I would never do. When I got there, I went into Hope's house and discovered dogs in the basement.

Two beagles. One was laying on what my brain registered as Patrick's bed (Hope's brothers slept in the basement without separate rooms like animals), and one ran in so excited to see me.

That dog was life. She did not want me to stop petting her, and I didn't want to stop.

Finally, Hope invited me upstairs, and her family was in total shock that I existed. Her siblings wouldn't come anywhere near me, her parents just smiled and waved nervously, and even Hope kind of had that look like, "It's cool that you're here but I don't actually want you here, like, in my house"

But the saddest part was the dog wasn't allowed on the couch with me :(

Then her mom opened the blinds and told Hope to put a couple layers on, and told me to put one on too, because she didn't want to be responsible for me getting hurt. I was so confused until I realized she meant sunblock.

Then I was in shock because I almost never where sunblock in sunny weather, let alone inside. I was laughing so hard. I felt bad for laughing but the idea was hilarious to me.

Then, the whole family left the room for a bit, and Marius and Patrick came back, and started reading the Bible to me, and I listened nicely.

But at the same time, I was kinda like, "How uncivilized do you like Americans are? Are you saying I need Jesus?"

Then, Hope's dad came in and asked me to erect my liver.

I was like wtf does that even mean. It's not a penis, I can't erect my freaking liver.

He said he wanted to check it to see how many preservatives I eat in my diet and I kind of sat there like "okay I know I'm not all that skinny and healthy looking back I promise I eat about as many preservatives as you guys I don't live off fast food."

Then he tried to stick a needle in my belly button and I made myself wake up.

If Winnipeg is anything like that I don't know if I should go 😂😂
