Can you tell the difference between a regular person and an American tourist?

Are people gonna stare at me?

Because I walk very fast and have a talent for weaving my way through crowds and such.

Is weaving and nudging through crowds considered rude in Canada?

Another question, will my voice give away that I'm American?

Third question, will people be able to tell I'm American by the way I eat?
