(special chapter-2)
Sarawat was disappointed when he heard Tine was in his studio.
He came home right after the day with Man and Boss in the club. He booked a flight as soon as he can and flew back to Tine on Christmas Eve.
He sighs as he freshens up and goes to the kitchen to cook dinner for them. He missed Tine's green curry, so he thought of giving it a try.
He set the table like a hotel attendant and pulled out wine glasses from the cupboard.
As Boss said, he should surprise him with his actions since he is not so good and verbal communication.
He couldn't help but imagine how Tine will react after he had proposed to him.
He also thinks about what will he do after dinner, probably watch some of Tine's favorite movies or TV shows and then sing him a song, and then finally, if everything goes according to the plan, he'll propose to him.
But what if he says 'it's too soon?
Urgh!
The things you make me feel Tine!
The click of the front door bursts his running thoughts.
"Wat?! What are you— how are you— am I dreaming?" Tine said with his eyes like football.
Sarawat chuckled a little at his boyfriend's reaction before nodding his head," I came today".
Tine throws his painting box, not caring if it crashes on the floor. That thought can go fuck itself up. For now, all that matters is Sarawat Guntithanon.
He soon engulfs Sarawat in a bone-crushing hug and inhales his familiar scent. Sarawat does the same and ducks his head and puts it on the crook of Tine's shoulder.
A warmth engulfs him. He's home again.
"I missed you so much, Ai'Wat!" Tine mumbles and kisses Sarawat's neck sending butterflies in his stomach.
"I missed you too, Nuisance."
They let go and Tine looks at the pot of green curry. He laughs amused at his boyfriend, "You're cooking?"
"That's right, I thought you must be tired", he replied earning a small hug from Tine.
"Can't wait to taste you", Tine said.
Sarawat looked at Tine eyes wide like saucers.
"Oh– I— meant, can't wait to taste your cooking", he flushed red like a chrysanthemum when he realized what exactly he said earlier.
"Oh-oh," Sarawat replied. Tine's blushing face makes it feel uncontrollable to go kiss him till he drops.
He cannot stop especially when Tine blushed even more, probably having wilder thoughts in his head.
He immediately pushed him against the fridge and kissed the blushing boy.
Soon, Tine responded with the same intensity, vigor, and longing, kissing him back like there's no end to the world. Sarawat gripped his thighs and pulled them towards him.
Tine felt dizzy, yet he stuck his lips never planning on letting it go.
Tine tasted like tacos.
Sarawat pulled away, "did you eat tacos?" He asked while panting.
Tine looked at with a 'are–you–serious' look, before bursting into laughter," omg! This is so— I can't believe you broke the kiss for this!"
Sarawat stared at the laughing Tine. His crinkled face, crescent eyes, and bunny teeth jutted up as he laughed.
He missed him, quite terribly.
Tine slowed down and soon they were staring at each other as if memorizing every feature.
"Will you marry me, Tine?" Sarawat said. He has never been so confident about anything.
Tine looked at him, blinked registering everything. "You are seriously proposing me in front of the boiling curry?" There was no sarcasm in his tone, only amusement.
Both let out other fits of giggle.
"Wait here", Sarawat rushed towards the cloak hanger and pulled out the ring.
"Here", he opened the box panting.
Tine blushed.
"I suck at expressing, but hear me out", he said gulping and composing himself.
Tine nodded.
"Tine, I have no words to describe how excellent you are. You are my first love and first boyfriend. I probably have never loved any other things as I have loved you. Please be my winter's sun and warm me for the rest of my life. Marry me?"
Tine was never so happy," Sarawat... Yes, I– I will marry you!"
Sarawat slid the ring in his finger and clasped it tightly.
"Thank you for getting pissed at me and leaving your sketchpad, five years ago," Sarawat said hugging his fiancé before letting tears of happiness roll down his cheeks.
"You cannot back off now, Wat. You are chained with me forever and ever now" Tine sobbed hugging his man even closer. He also mentally noted to buy a ring tomorrow morning.
"Of course", he let out a giggle, before sighing and drowning in the warmth of his Winter's Sun.
