This isn't your average cuddly cute teddy bear, this a half ton genetically modified terror. And you guessed it, this animal isn't like the ones in real life where they can be scared away by whistle or get away by playing dead. No, this beast will tear you to shreds if you try any of those 2 methods. There is only 1 bear and it is located in D5 (Cave).

It is awakened by the smell of food, players are given 1 day prior warning to it's awakening.

It can chase player 1 tile outside in all directions from it's cave.

It will tear your face off in a melee combat, and is immune to all weapons except for guns and explosives. 

Guns are the most effective way to kill it. 

After it chases away or kills the player, it will return to it's cave and continue its hibernation.
