Mihir's POV

" Fine, I will take it for her. " I said and stretched my hand but she turned taking the food away.

How childish!!

" No, I am going. You both have food." She said.

" I will take you there. " I offered again.

" No! I don't want to go anywhere with you... " She said immediately and then she must have realized bhai was around so she reframed her words, " I mean... you are so tired. I will manage on my own. " She said.

" Okay, I will go to the hospital to take food. I am not tired. " Bhai offered.

" No, Bhai! " She shook her head.

" Tami! I am like your older brother, will your brother or father allow you to go to the hospital alone if they are at home and can do it? " Bhai asked she shook her head lightly.

" So? I will not allow you to go alone. I will do it. You both have been very stressed since morning. I want to spend some time with Chachu. " He said and took the box from her. But she insisted he had food first. 

We all had the food silently. And then Bhai went to the hospital.

I poured a small drink for myself as I was very tired and tense. After finishing it, when I went to our room, there was no sign of her in the room. I thought that maybe she was in the washroom but she was not there as well.

Where did she go?

I waited for some time and then went to look for her. I looked for her everywhere but could not find her, I checked all the rooms and finally found one room locked from the inside, I knocked on it but she didn't open it.

Stubborn girl! So childish! And my parents think that she was the best life partner for me.

After some time bhai came back and since I was downstairs waiting for him,  he asked me about the papers and I told him everything. He was shocked beyond the limit.

" What the hell!! How can you do that to her, Mihir? If you didn't want her as your wife, why did you get married to her that day? She knew that you loved her still she married you and from what I see, I think it was the best thing that has ever happened in your love life. She loves you, we all can see that. Now it is for you to see that love that you never got back in your relationship with Gauravi. Moreover, she saved Chachu's life twice and saved the goodwill of our family. You can't treat her like this. "  He said.

" I know all that, but I was getting suffocated as everyone was trying to impose her over me including herself. Mom is giving lectures on being a good husband to her. She is making lots of unnecessary changes... " I was saying explaining everything.

" I do understand, but she loves you, moreover, how can you keep Gauravi's pictures in your room? It is wrong, she is married to Shlok. If they had not removed her pictures, I would have done it if I knew you still had her pictures in your room. And you can't punish Tami like this for loving you.  " Bhai said.

" I know but why the hell is she so happy?? I feel that she is playing games and is giving triumph smiles."  I explained what I was feeling.

" I think you are imagining things. " He shook his head and said.

" No!! I want her to understand that she can't win over me. "  I said.

" Well, I think you are being stubborn, it is not her fault that Gaurvi fell in love with Shlok.  You would not have been happy if you had married Gaurvi with Shlok in her heart and his baby in her womb. Mihir, please let it go, it happens. I was engaged to Myra but you asked me to go ahead and accept Roshni when you came to know that I loved her. Same way Gaurvi fell in love with him. You can't be happy if you are tied in a marriage where your spouse doesn't love you.  Please, don't stretch the matter too much, or you will regret it later on. "  He said.

" Bhai... I feel betrayed, jilted... I don't know. "

" Take your time but try to see that Tami loves you. What about those papers now? Chachu has already seen them. "  He said. And I explained everything.

" I don't know... But I was annoyed, hurt. "
