Mihir's POV

" Please take good care of her, she is very sweet and caring. Please try to make her feel comfortable. I know you loved Gaurvi, but she didn't. Now you are married to Tami, so please start your life afresh. I swear, I will beat you to a pulp if I get to know that you don't treat her well or misbehave. "  He gave me a subtle warning.

Mom asked Tami to come with her and she went away.  I assured Siddh that I would treat her well.

After a few minutes, Tami came back wearing a pretty Indian dress. She looked... Nice.

" Aww... You are looking so pretty, Tami. Isn't it, Jiju?" Sri asked and I had to nod.

" When did you grow up into such a pretty girl?? " Kabir, her maternal cousin teased her, she just blushed and looked at me. I was getting uneasy but didn't know what was the reason for it.

They all left after telling all of us to come for dinner, but Mom said that they had a lot of things to do but I would definitely come for dinner.

Once they left, Ron kept teasing me that, I had already started missing her. I showed him my fist and he pulled Mahi in front of himself and grinned. Mahi, Dad, and Mom burst out laughing.

What was so funny about it??

I was relieved that Tami had gone to her place. I went to my room and slept on my bed but was annoyed when the pillow and bed smelt like her.

Ughh! I threw it and used the other one.

I looked around and saw the pictures of Gaurvi everywhere. I knew that I was being harsh with Tami, it was not her fault that Gaurvi chose him and went away. But I was very angry at the moment and wanted to get my frustration out on someone.

I wanted to get those photographs away as they seemed to be laughing at me but I didn't as I knew they would bother Tami as well if she had any feelings for me.

I closed my eyes and tried to sleep but the events that happened last evening kept bothering me.

Just then there was a knock on the door, and before I could say anything, the door opened, I saw Vihan and Roohi coming in.

Oh no!! Now they will start teasing me. Vihan had wanted to come with me last night as well, but I was in no mood to talk to anyone at that time.

" Hey, I hope, you are not as grumpy now as you were last night, since you have had your wedding night?? " Vihan winked at me.

" Shut up! "

" This is not the way to talk to your best friend, I know you got married to the love of your life, but that doesn't mean you forget your friends. "

" Vihan, please leave me alone. "

" Leave you alone?? Why? We left you alone last night but not now... You will have to fill in everything that happened here last night. Where is Gaurvi, by the way? "  He asked, I didn't know how to tell them that I got married to Tami.

" She must have gone to her place for the pag phera. " Roohi said.

" Oh, yes! So is that why you are grumpy again?? She will be back by tonight. Don't worry, c'mon, tell us about last night now. "

" I don't know where Gaurvi is, and I don't care a damn now. She will not be here tonight or any other night as she has chosen another man to be with and eloped with him last night. " I said.

" What nonsense!!! " They both said and then they started laughing.

" Good joke!! One night with her and you are joking... Not bad. It seems last night someone finally got some action. " Vihan laughed.

" Vihan, I am not kidding, and stop laughing for god's sake or I will break your jaw. She eloped with Shlok and I had to marry Tami. " I said.

" No!! "

" Yes! "  I said and told them everything. They both looked shocked.

" You got married to Tami?? Is that why she was wearing that veil? " Vihan asked. I nodded.

" God!! How can she do that? She should have talked to you at least. " Vihan said.

" But she said she loved Shaurya..." Roohi asked.

" That was a misunderstanding since both are identical twins. "

" So you are married to Tami... Oh God! So how did you handle everything?? " Vihan asked hesitantly.

" I am not in a mood to talk about it. Leave me alone. "

" How can we leave you alone in this condition?? " Vihan said.

" I am fine!! Could not sleep for the whole night, let me sleep. Please Roohi take him away. I am fine. " I said and they both left in a shocked state.
