Tami's POV

Everyone was enjoying the gathering a lot, I liked how Ron Jiju and Raj Ji were taking special care of their pregnant wives. It was so good to see them so happily in love with each other.

" What are you looking at, Tami? " Roohi asked looking at me. I didn't realize that I was lost in my thoughts looking at them and Roohi noticed that.

" They all are looking so sweet, so much in love with each other. I wish God to bless them with every happiness. " I said and my eyes got a bit moist saying that.

" Thanks, and wish the same for you. " She said, and before I could control myself, a tear rolled from my eye all of a sudden.

" Thanks, Excuse me!! I said and rushed inside. Before she could stop me.

I knew that I was not fortunate enough to get this kind of love in my Life. I loved Mihir, but he just could not get rid of me as his parents didn't want him to divorce me. So we might have a life together as I was hoping after last night, but it would never be as beautiful as that of other couples.

Once I came out I saw Mihir with his friends Vihan and Roohi and they were enjoying the snacks, it was good to see him like that, Smiling, happy with people he loved, the way I had always loved to see him.

I was feeling awkward as I didn't know which group to join. I was also missing  Sagrika and Sri since I was closer to them.

So I went to ask Mahi and Myra about their preferences for dinner. Ron Jiju said that he would like to make something nice for his lovely wife, he raised his eyebrow at Raj and Mihir. Raj ji got up reluctantly as Myra praised Ron for such a sweet gesture of cooking for Mahi.

Mihir ignored Ron Ji's subtle invitation so he went to Mihir and Vihan to make them get up.

" I am not cooking anything. " Mihir said. Vihan also nodded and said, "Me neither."

" Oh, come on, lazy bones, get on your feet and cook or you will not get anything to eat." Ron Ji said to both of them.

" That's fine! We will order something." Vihan said with a smile.

" You will not get any food delivery in this area. This place is a bit secluded." Ron said with a grin. Vihan looked at Mihir and he nodded.

" I will ask the manager to cook Maggi," Mihir said and Vihan looked satisfied.

" You will eat Maggi, we are cooking so much food, why don't you cook with us, do some work and have food with us?? " Ron Jiju teased them.

" You are cooking for your wife, my wife will cook for me. " Mihir said with a lazy grin. I don't know why I liked the way he called me his wife. But at the same time, felt sad that he didn't love me the way Raj and Ron were cooking for their wives.

" Vihan, come, as you don't even have a wife... " Ron ji reminded him.

" I will share the food with Mihir,"  Vihan said.

" Tami, since you know both Siddh and Parshav, will you please tell me, if they can cook or not? " Roohi asked me all of a sudden.

What happened to her all of a sudden?

" Why are you asking about them all of a sudden? They are not even here. " Vihan asked.

" I was just curious and I wish they were here. Tami, tell me! " Roohi said.

" Well, they can, though they are not very good at it, not bad too. Mom and Chachi made it a rule that men would do the cooking, at least, once or twice a month.  So, Siddh can cook reasonably well, parshav just manages to cook." I replied, wondering why she was asking it.

Was she interested in one of them?

" You know a lot about Parshav. " Mihir said all of a sudden. The smile he had on his face a few minutes ago was gone.

Was he jealous?

" Yes, since I have known him forever, whenever Parshav came to live with us, he also cooked with Dad, Chachu, and Siddh. " I said.

" Great! Then they both get another tick on my list. " Roohi said as if she was thinking aloud.

List? Ticks?? What was she talking about?

" What list?? " Vihan asked.

" List of her prospective grooms for her. What else? " Ron said. 

" You like, Siddh?? Shall I talk to him or my family? " I grinned and asked immediately.

" No!! She is just kidding. " Vihan said instead of her.

" Actually, I like both Siddh and Parshav... Can't make up my mind, so let's see who I like more and then, I will tell you. But next time, when they both are cooking, please invite me as well. " Roohi said "  I nodded with a smile.

" For sure, I will tell them to make some nice for you. Tell me a list of your favorite dishes. " I said.

" I actually feel that men look very sexy when they cook, don't you think so?" Roohi said and looked at all the girls for affirmation. We all nodded.

" Yes, my mom and Chachi also said so one day. " I said with a smile.

" I am sure, just imagine, Gautam uncle, Siddh cooking food,  wearing aprons with those big muscles. Hot!!! I would eat even a burnt toast if Siddh or Parshav cooked something for me.  Can you just imagine a prince cooking food for me?"

" It is nothing special, he has cooked something for me. It was just okay." I said.

" Awww!! He cooked for you?? I am jealous of you. Please call me next time. " She said and I nodded.

" Well, it is commendable that Parshav cooks even though he is the prince of Bikaner. Tami, it is really an honor to eat something cooked by someone royal, you are fortunate that a prince cooked for you. Well, anyway, he is not here, but since Raj and I are cooking for our wives, we will cook for our sisters too. And both of you can order someone to cook Maggi for you. Tami, you will not cook for your lazy husband. They are not pregnant so can cook for themselves. Can you please give us instructions? " Ron said.
