Mihir's POV

" Have it, you must be hungry. " Tami said and Mahi nodded.

" Wow!! I love Khakhras as well as Mohan Thal. "  Mahi said eating them Ron tried to take a bite but she refused to share. Ron smiled at her lovingly. I was astonished to see how he was looking at her with so much love.

I envied my sister, no one had ever looked at me like that, not even Gaurvi when we were in a relationship. And Tami...

I averted my eyes from them and looked at the girl whom I claimed to love now. She was also looking at them with a faint smile. But the smile didn't reach her eyes.

Well, I don't know if she had ever looked at me like that or not but ever since I raised this issue of divorce, I haven't seen her even looking at me. And when she did today, I could see only tears.

Shit!!

" Tami, I want that too. " I said because I wanted to talk to her. Tami averted her eyes too and served some for Ron and me as well.

" I am sorry, I didn't mean to... " I said. But she just nodded and turned back to go to the washroom as if it was an emergency.

" Dad, my dad wants to have a big party as he wants to celebrate because both Raj and I are going to have kids. But he is waiting for you to be absolutely fine before that as he wants to share the happiness with you as are also going to be a grandpa. "

" Wow! Raj and Myra are also going to have kids?? I am feeling even better to hear that. Very soon two years will be over and Roshni will be back with Manik,  I don't know how many years of my life are left now. I just can't wait to play with the kids of Mahi Manik and Mihir. " He said getting emotional.

" Dad!! How can you say that?? " Mahi scolded him but started crying immediately.

" Awww... I am sorry my princess. But I really want to see all my kids happily married and settled with their kids. I want to play with them. "  He said hugging Mahi.

" I will not talk to you if you say things like that. Ron let's go. "  She said but Dad caught her arm and apologized.
" Will you all stop this emotional scene?? I have to say something. "  Ron said. Everyone nodded and looked at him.

" Dad will throw the party later on, but Mahi and I want to celebrate now itself as you are also better now. So ... "

" Dad, I want to have a small picnic party at our farmhouse, tomorrow  Mihir and Tami, you both will come with us, so pack bags for two days... "  Mahi said.

" But... Dad is... " I said.

" Did you hear what I said? We have a party tomorrow, I will not hear any excuses as Mom is back today, and if you are still worried, we can ask Gautam uncle to keep Dad here for one more day, so that you can come with us. " Mahi glared at me.

" Fine!!! " I said.

" But what about my work? Dr Rajvanshi will... "

" I will inform him or your dad can tell him to manage without you for the day. " I said immediately.

" Done!!! I will tell Raj and Myra to be ready to go to the picnic. " Ron said with excitement. 

" I will ask the caretaker to make all the arrangements. " I said with a smile as my little sister was very excited about it.

" Tell him to make arrangements but give him my number so I can make some extra arrangements for the pregnant ladies. You are not aware of their crazy food cravings till now. They can make you go crazy if they don't get what they want. "  Ron said making a scared face.

Idiot!! He is crazy about Mahi.

" I agree!! " Dad laughed and nodded.

" Don't worry, Jiju, I will make whatever Mahi or Myra di want. " Tami said.

" No!! I will make whatever my Mahi wants under your guidance."

" Awww... I recall, going there when all five of us were young, some such outings at my farmhouse are still fresh in our memories. Tami, your dad came to know about your mom's feelings there for the first time, he loves my farmhouse.  We even went there when all of us were married. Priya and Damini were pregnant at that time and we enjoyed it a lot. I really want you to forget everything and enjoy your time there." Dad said with a broad smile. It was good to see all of them smiling. Even Tami was smiling now.

" Done, I will talk to him and you can tell him to make all the arrangements you want. " I said.

" Be there by 5 in the evening... " Ron said looking at Tami and me, we nodded.

They went home after that excited about the party.

Tami went out to go back to her department for her duty, I went after her as I needed to talk to her.

"Tami, can we talk?" I asked, my voice softer this time.

She looked hesitant but nodded. "Okay."
