Today was a great day for hunting. Nocturnal swooped over a large lake surrounded by trees and towering mountains. He dived a little lower, putting his claws in the water. I just don't get why no one else likes the feeling of splashing water and rain. Then, finally deciding he was ready to hunt, he flew up, hovering above the small body of water.

He closed his eyes, steadied his breathing, and cleared his mind. His mind was completely blank within seconds. Then, out of nowhere, he saw the image of a large fish leaping out of the water. As fast as he could, he swooped down, grabbed that very fish he had seen in his mind, flipped in mid air, and then flew to the beach, setting the fish into a large net. That was a good start. Let's do that again, but a bit better.

He did this over and over. Finally, the vision he had was a little different. A large group of fish was swimming somewhere in the murky depths of the lake. Ooo ya! A challenge! Grabbing the half full net and diving through the air like a bullet, he slipped into the water with barely a splash. The only sine of his decent were a few bubbles and ripples, but those quickly disappeared, leaving the lake completely still, almost like a sheet of smooth glass.

Nocturnal dived down further and further, until he reached the sand and stone covered bottom. Looking up, his eyes wide open to see as much as he could. Then, without a second thought, he leaped up, his wings tucked to his side's to make him more aerodynamic. He grabbed the net held it out for a second closed it, and dived up as fast as he could. Well that went well. Now to get some more fresh clean air.

He burst out of the water, opening his wings the very second he leaped out. Flying over to a small hill, he lay down, drying off in the suns light, while counting the fish in his net. After that he was done doing that, he sat down.

Then, his ears started to twitch, and he quickly turned his head around. "Come on out, I know your there."

"Awww, your no fun," Crimson said, stepping out from behind a tree. The second she saw the net full of fish lyeing beside him, her mouth went wide open. "Okay, that's no fair. How are you doing that?!?!" She ran over, the sun reflecting off her deep red scales, and blue eyes.

Nocturnal chuckled, and then he shrugged. "Sorry, my future sight ability only allows me to see a few seconds in to the future, where I am." He stretched, and stood up, yawning. "Terrible for making epic prophecies, but great for avoiding punches in the face and hunting."

Nocturnal grabbed the net and began walking back to Jade Mountain.

"Sometime could you at least tone it down a little bit? I mean seriously, that looks a little bigger than the pile Tsunami has, and she had help from three other dragons."

"Okay, okay, okay. I promise I'll try and hunt not as good as I purposely did today, and instead hunt like normal, boring, old dragons."

"Hey!", Crimson yelled. She tried to slap Nocturnal on the back of the head while he wasn't looking, but he ducked "A normal, boring, old dragon happened to catch two hippos today!"

He chuckled again. "You know, I can't teach you to see into the future or rummage through the minds of other dragons like they were scrolls, or keep a strait face unlike what your doing after I made that mind reading comment." He paused, readjusting the net of fish on his back. "But I could probably teach you to hunt. Maybe not quite as good as me, but pretty good."

"Are you kidding? That's Tsunami's job. Besides, I don't want her to think everyone's a better hunter than she is." She started laughing uncontrollably. "Could you imagine the on her face?"

Nocturnal's face stayed blank as they walked. "I think any of you could get as many fish as I did today."

"Really?"

A smile began to slip across his face. "Ya, but I was more lazy today. If there were more nets, I could have caught five times as many fish."

"Oh come on, we both know that's not true... Right?" Seeing his face, and realizing he was telling the truth, she tried waking him in the face, but he dodged. "Why?!?!?! Three moons your to overpowered!!! I can't even slap you once!!!!!!"

"Hey, hey, hey. Calm down. Deep breaths. I'll let you slap me once. Fair enough?" Nocturnal realized what was about to happen, but before he could jump out of the way, Crimson had one of the two still wet, slimy hippo carcasses and through it at his head. With a yelp, it flew into his face.

"Aw camel farts I just cleaned up!!! Why! Why!!! WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Quite being a scavenger with rabies," she said. As Nocturnal ducked his face under a pond, Crimson washed the dirt, twigs, and grass off the hippo. "So have you told Glory and Deathbringer about the theory?", she asked.

This made Nocturnal wince. "Ya I asked. And regretted it. When I asked Glory, she acted like the whole rainforest had burnt down, and started freaking out and attacking me. Deathbringer, well he just gave me this really, really funny look. He just kept thinking whaaaaaaaatttttttt???"

Crimson fell to the ground laughing. "Oh three moons. What did you expect really? I mean who asks a perfectly strange couple, Hey, did you happen to make out, have a hybrid child, and then leave him to die when you were eight???" This made her laugh even more, and soon Nocturnal was laughing to.

"I don't think I'll be allowed back into the Rainforest for a while."

"If it makes you feel any better, I was kicked out of the sky kingdom and sent to a school in the middle of nowhere."

"Aw, was that a little bit of sympathy I heard there?"

"Your hearing things guy," Crimson said with a face that said really? "The message of that was, hey I've got I psycho dragon queen too. I mean, I guess I could have started a riot, but not directly. And put emphasis on the could have part."

Nocturnal grinned. "Glory isn't that crazy. Also, I'm not sure she is technically my queen. I'm only part Rainwing, and I was born hear near Jade Mountain, not in the Rainforest. Sunny even suggested I should be considered the first official dragon of Jade Mountain. There was Sunnies dad, but he wasn't exactly born hear." He turned a confused gaze towards Crimson. "Are you sad you were forced out of the sky kingdom?"

Crimson gave him the seriously? look again. "Not really. It's cool that I got to go somewhere new. Not to mention, that there are so many new things hear. No I don't miss the sky kingdom that much." Now it was her turn to give Nocturnal a strange look. "Why are you asking me things about what I think, when you could just find the answer in my brain or something???"

Nocturnal was able to stop himself from laughing this time. "Do you want the nice answer, or the truthful answer?"

"Both."

"Well, for the nice answer, oh it would be mean if I invaded the private minds of everyone. I'll just ask them everything instead so they don't think I'm unnatural and creepy. Then, for the truthful answer, oh, I'll just ask them first. If they answer, it means there fine with talking to me. If they get uncomfortable and don't tell, I know I've hit the jackpot. Then I can figure out who's minds to read like a total stalker." This almost got Nocturnal another slap, but he grabbed Crimson's hand, and told her to stop. Seeing his concentrated face, Crimson knew something was happening. "Sunny, a friend of hers, and someone else just arrived at Jade Mountain, and there talking to Tsunami. They've been hurt. The Scorpion Den was attacked." He started striding, and then he leaped into the air, flying, until he reached the peak of Jade Mountain.

"What are you doing up here?", Crimson asked, a little worried. Nocturnal was looking towards the desert.

He slowly turned his head to look at her. "Whatever attacked the Scorpion Den, may come here next..."

Ello, ello, ello!!! Okay, so I really hope you liked this chapter guys. So, I introduced one of the three characters I've been sent so far. Her name is Crimson, and she's the Skywing character made by Glowstonegirl. If you want to use her in anything, I'm not the one to ask, Glowstonegirl is.

Another thing, I'd like to know how you guys feel about this story so for. Who's your favorite character? What do you think will happen in the future? Do you have characters of yours you'd like to see in the story???

I will always take OCs. All I need is the characters name, age, gender, tribe/species, personality, abilities, history, and other. The more information you give, the better I can put the character in the story.

I've just started two new series called The Lonely Road, and What May Come. Sorry if those are terrible names, but I really wanted to start both of them. There both sci-fi/fantasy stories, that were originally going to be Minecraft series my brother and were going to do, and then were going to be anime shows. If you like post apocalyptic worlds, action, and a little mystery I think you'll like these stories. If you like the maze runner, I think you'll like What May Come. Please check both of those stories out when you have the time.

I've also updated my Attack on Titan story.
